Never said it was a great window, but its still a very good window regardless of yesterdays result. We were always going to lose a few of our better players and we've absolutely maximised those sales. Yes I know the money doesnt help us if we dont spend it, but we were never going to spend massive amounts in the EFL. Also got rid of a few players who were surplus to requirements (Lyanco, Diallo etc, a few more could still go). Charles looks a fantastic prospect. Downes, THB, Fraser and Stewart are all great additions for the Championship. Holgate and Manning are both good additions for the Championship and proven at this level. Not much to say about our third choice GK signing.

Crazy Nate Jones at the Brentford Bournemouth game taking notes. Was sitting beside Neal Maupay randomly also
-
And another positive.....RM has two weeks with the team and a chance to bed in the new players before our next game......and its a huge game and a chance to put things right
-
Mad to think that RM used to be a CB. Also reminding myself of Holgates welcome interview where he talks about one of his strengths being the fact he's a "ball playing CB" 😂😂 a debut to forget Absolutely zero positives to take from the game, however there are some positives today; Most of our promotion rivals failed to win We've been poor defensively for most of the season (Sheff Wed excluded) but its good to have it embarassingly exposed in one hammering, as opposed to a number of 3-2, 3-1 defeats and the cumulative effect of the points dropped (despite feeling we're still in the game). RM needs to address this glaring problem now otherwise it will derail our season. THB will start the next game Yes, I'm clutching at straws, but its been a dismal day and I need some positivity

What was our net spend this summer then? In all seriousness though, we've maximised our sales, kept some of our best players (KWP, Adams, Alcaraz and Sully) and bought/loaned very shrewdly. Definitely a good enough squad to put us in a top 2 position come January when some signings like Patrick Roberts could be revisited
-
Before we all start celebrating..... When does the saudi window close?
-
Be very surprised to see Adams in the squad. Not that the move to Wolves was close, but RMs comments last week re distractions and advice Che was getting from agents etc. That would have been going on right up until earlier today. Baz KWP Holgate Bed Manning Charles Downes S Arm Alcaraz Edozie A Arm

If it doesnt mention the Loch Ness Drogba i'll be disappointed
-
Hes at the West Ham game apparently so no
-
PSV any good wingers since we're sending them ABK at the death? No Gakpo jokes please
-
Fuck sake cheer up big lad 😂😂
-
In addition to us strengthening/retaining some of our sellable assets, some of our rivals for promotion look set to lose good players in the final hours - Leeds (Sinisterra, Gnonto), Leicester (Daka, Soumare) and Norwich (Omobamidele)
-
He said it hit some sort of snag but may still go ahead, like some others have reported
-
Who is Max Lee? And why would you create a twitter (X) handle with transfers in it? Just seems to rehash whats already been reported
-
Doesnt seem an overly expensive signing but Atletico lacking the funds will only help us (if we're genuinely interested)
-
Che and Mara both seemingly going. Even if we get Stewart, we're still going to be left a bit short in attack, especially until October. Is Cannon a starter or for development? Might have to go back in for Miovski
-
Is it Harwood-Bellis or Wood? Or are we after both? Would that suggest that Bednarek is on his way given we've refused offers earlier this summer. Could be an interesting few days
-
Seems too straight forward Awaiting a Leeds or Forest hijack in 3, 2, 1
-
Didnt realise Alcaraz was sub subbed and is being replaced by a new signing because we dont think hes good enough
-
So his current form isnt relevant? To be sub subbed is pretty embarassing. And now a promotion rival is happy to move him on because they dont rate him highly enough. He doesnt improve us and would be a massive downgrade on KWP if thats what we're thinking
-
Drameh came on as a 24th minute sub against Ipswich on saturday. First bit of pressure he faced he gave a no look pass back to the keeper which was intercepted and Ipswich scored. Farke then hooked him off at halftime because he said he couldnt handle the pace of Wes Burns. Yep, he seems to be exactly what we need for our possession based system
-
Hes really not. Perraud had 4 goals and 2 assists across nearly 30 PL/FA Cup starts last season. Think he was our 5th/6th top scorer. Manning is doing well, but its a much easier level
-
I think Paintsil is off to Leeds permanently which might give Genk the money to buy Tall Paul 🤞🏼
