Always been poorly managed. 2 seasons ago I could not buy a ticket for either of the empty seats either side of me as they left 'orphans'. Regardless of it being 'a minority' the only action which will change behaviour is points deductions or banning from competition. I'm quite happy for England to be judged as well.
