Getting nutrition, especially protein, from a plant based diet is more difficult and if someone is either not confident or uneducated when it comes to food/cooking then I can imagine they'd struggle to get what they need. It is perfectly possible to have healthy, high protein diet from plant based foods if you know how.

I think you sort of have to build a team around Redmond as he plays like a wide playmaker rather than a winger. You players running off him, rather than him being the one making the runs.

Interestingly, no relegated team has gotten over 34 points in the last 5 seasons, I assume because the big clubs are hoovering up ever more points, but it does suggest the threshold for safety has dropped and we're only 10(ish) wins away.
