The most tragic part of this is that his hips literally land on the same blade of grass after he dived as they were positioned above before he dived. His 'dive' gained him exactly zero ground! He would have been better taking one step to his right as at least there would have been more chance of the ball hitting him then, giving him another accidental world class save. This is evident for pretty much of all the dives he does. I suspect he does it to make his efforts look spectacular but in reality it gains nothing.

Would there be the same level of passive acceptance if Putin had 'arrested' (kidnapped) Zelensky 3 years ago or would it have been looked at differently? Would it be possible for Starmer to 'arrest' whoever is the French PM this week and get away with it, installing one that he can trust to stop the boats?
