  1. No worries 😎
  2. Maybe we can lend them some money for the season. Reasonable interest rates of course
  3. What kind of retard posts a video of themselves on social media breaking the law? https://www.mylawyer.co.uk/graffiti-and-fly-posting-a-A76076D35092/ £75 fine incoming for her and up to £2500 for her old man. Definitely looks like it's going to plan
  4. You wouldn't be saying that if you received the emails
  5. And a recycled joke.
  6. No idea what your point is then! I thought you were saying those that can't afford to buy a new car could buy a different one with a similar value (that would be ULEZ compliant)????
  7. Eerrrr, whisky / whiskey....
  8. Finally! Too late though. Enjoy it whilst it lasts - forecast says it will rain at OT until Wednesday 9th August when it could be dry for the day....
  9. You're all over the place on this one. As the article points out, if you want a ULEZ compliant car then you have to pay the price penalty. Therefore buying 'a car of similar value' isn't going to solve the issue for many people.
  10. Not sure that fixes the problem.... https://www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/ulez-auto-trader-mayor-transport-for-london-nissan-b1097299.html
  11. Stranger things have happened, like looney Marvin insisting the city can afford to build a metro system!
  12. So, in your view, he's cuckoo for pointing out something that isn't happening. Right-o. You've already mentioned that people have a choice and don't need to drive which is fair enough, the same choice exists for living in a city...
  13. Until they change the rules
  14. No. Hence why I mentioned the additional seven years of building in that success. Although the local press is announcing today that two bus routes serving a school are being axed because they don't make enough money - which shouldn't be a problem as the Bristol ULEZ is there to fund buses.... Looks like they're not bothering with that bit...
  15. So they're not dropping down dead in the street as you previously claimed?
  16. Which is probably more likely to achieve in 5 years - unless his wife has a really short gestation period.
  17. Is he a 'bit cuckoo' for saying that or are people actually dropping down dead in the streets from air pollution?
  18. It's astonishing that the European Green capital of the year 2015 would need to invest in transport improvements to make it easier for people to walk, cycle and use public transport, especially since there has been another seven years of building on top of that success. https://bristolgreencapital.org/who-we-are/european-green-capital-award/#:~:text=Why Bristol%3F,environmental improvement and sustainable development
  19. Have you tried counting sheep? You could just click on Soggy's profile and start reading his posts, you'll soon drop off.
  20. Him or 'Lead' and we could get what we really need....
  21. To be fair, that forecast is from the 'Italian air force' and we know how the Italian military likes to run away from everything, including rain it seems!
  22. How much for LEZ compliant lorries? I'm guessing there aren't that many so the additional charges for deliveries etc are passed on to the consumers...
  23. And the ULEZ in Bristol? I'm assuming that isn't paying for TfL so must be profiteering?
  24. Isn't there already a scheme in place whereby vehicles that emit the most damaging gases are charged more money?
  25. Still look like they are a long way from Kiev - weren't they going to be rolling in there way over a year ago?
