Adrian is anything but solid, flappy & erratic. If we can get at him there is definitely a chance of him giving us something. McCarthy is way better than Adrian IMO.

Completely depends on how good Danso is. If we don't have to carry an extra CB to cover for 2 of them constantly making errors, we can go to 2 in defence. Until then, the third is necessary. Personally think that right now, we either play 3-4-3, with essentially 7 defensive minded players, (3 CB's, 2 FB's and 2 CM's), or we have to play 3-5-2 if we're being overrun in centre midfield. On the basis of Burnley bossing our midfield Saturday we may have to go to a 3-5-2 with the additional CM.

Would be my picks, working in London and based on grounds I've not been to...Pompey I probably wouldn't be able to get to, so not bothered by that apart from it would be nice to beat them - though not 100% we would roll them over right now...

Think Bednarek looks decent because he's not as bad as Vestergaard and Stephens, where the fact is more than he's probably not at the level required to be a premier league defender, or if he is it's only just.
