  1. Been moved back to Sunday 2:15 from Monday 8pm... Annoying having already got tickets...busy on the Sunday https://southamptonfc.com/news/2018-03-16/arsenal-southampton-fixture-moved-to-sunday-premier-league
  2. Has been obvious too how unfit the players are too....
  3. Yeah remember there being a bit of trouble, went to a strange chain pub by the canal last time, with a barmaid with superb....eyes. [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  4. Buzzing for this now, sold loads of tickets, new ground for a lot of fans, and feels like we've lost a cloud of negativity with Pellegrino gone. Players will want to impress and put in a performance after last weeks shambles. Assuming Gabbiadini gets a boost, I'd be tempted to start him over Carrillo...get some players around him though. McCarthy Cedric Stephens Hoedt Bertrand Hojbjerg Romeu Redmond Boufal Tadic Gabbiadini
  5. Chose Manchester instead! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  6. Is that not more because the national side produced a lot of very good players at the same time, which he didn't have to coach/keep fit? I think he's a very likeable bloke, and I think he is a really good pundit, but nothing in his managerial career would suggest to be he's a particularly good manager, certainly not in the Premier League.
  7. But appointing Puel & Pellegrino was?
  8. Bilic? No idea why. He doesn't know how to defend, and he turned his West Ham side into the un-fittest and tactically inept team in the league...!
  9. Would you be happy / not happy? I think he'd give the players a kick up the arse, and could potentially do a decent job with the right recruitment in the summer assuming we stay up. Plays decent football, and is a "winner". I'd be relatively happy... https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2018/03/13/mark-hughes-favourite-southampton-job-aftermauricio-pellegrino/
  10. Got no problem with Hughes, given the position we are in. I don't think there are many better options out there, that would come to us right now.
  11. Updated after the weekend. West Ham being dragged into it with some difficult fixtures coming. If we can go there and get a win in a few weeks, then will put the pressure on them big time...! We look doomed, but with a new manager coming in, it hopefully will give us a boost. Newcastle looking largely safe now. WBA look doomed.
  12. Think it’s still the same at Newcastle, from memory they were allowed another year to move away fans or something
  13. Regarding West Ham, they have 4 very winnable looking home games, so it will come down to whether they can get the business done in those to keep themselves up. I’ve got my fingers crossed they lose on Saturday and it’ll be squeaky bum time for them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  14. Pellegrino Players fitness Lack of intensity (when we have the ball and when we don’t) No leadership / responsibility on the pitch Stephens and Hoedt’s constant 70 yard long balls to no-one Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  15. Lemina is awesome Sims looks promising FA Cup run Good setup (ground, facilities etc) We have loads of money Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  16. I’m planning on going! Normally a decent away day Arsenal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  17. McCarthy Cedric Stephens Hoedt Bertrand Hojbjerg Lemina Sims Gabbiadini Redmond Carrillo Whats the chances....
  18. Updated original post in this thread...removed Brighton, as they're pretty much safe now I think. Not looking good after that crap result this weekend. Man Utd have saved us from sitting back in the relegation zone. Palace have some favourable fixtures though with only 2 of the "top 6" to play.
  19. Tempted to put some more money into it even at 7/2. I’d put us at more likely to get relegated than not right now... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Redmond

Good today, should be playing right though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  21. Redmond decent so far. Good enough start, we look positive, Sims a bit of a livewire. Need to create something though... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  22. Supposedly on here too at 3... http://watchkobe.info/soccer7.php Stream looks decent atm for the tennis.
  23. Can't make the game tomorrow unfortunately....anyone point me in the direction of a free stream to watch the game? Is there anything else I need to download to watch it?
  24. Brighton, West Ham & Huddersfield all have a horrible last four games, along with us. Wouldn't like to be going into that Everton & City game needing anything...
  25. Will update this as we go along...might be a bit too early, but why not...our run in certainly looks pretty horrible. You'd think Brighton have enough about them to get enough points from those games left, despite some tough games against the big few. Unless we have a bit of a turn around in performances & results, I don't see how we're going to get ourselves out of this...!
