That's not what I meant (In terms that black people are inherently criminal), However (And not inherently) their culture for a lot of young black men does seem to be based around "yardie gang" mentality, which in tun very often leads to criminality. Now whether deprivation, poverty etc drives them to this, is another question, but going back to your earlier piont of them being disadvantaged in our society, but having the same education, rights and benefits as everyone else, surely the answer then lies in why so many of them are in situations of poverty / deprivation ? And to come full circle, racisim is not at rife enough to be the single contributory factor.

Yes, Genetics, but there are to many bed wetters on here who make acqusations of rascism, as soon as anyone mentions the word "Black" or dares to suggest anything that doesn't adhere to their own political correctness. Its not just on here, it's everywhere. The PC brigade have almost made Racism a taboo subject and it simply fuels ignorance and distrust of anything other than a white Englishman.

Was asked by a pompey fan how I rated Dan Harding as he thought pompey were in for him. I laughed at him........ may be he was right

Black or White, have the same human rights, the same benefits system, the same healthcare system, the same education system, the same voting rights, the same housing rights, the same legal rights and so on. How are they disadvanged in this society? I think most would accept that racsism still exists to a degree, so on that basis i could understand where they could be, but it is cetainly not to the extent or degree that would see such disproportinate numbers of black people rioting. The only really tangible disadvantge would come through employment, if employers would rather employ a white man as opposed to a black man. I am sure there are still some saddo's that would think or act like that, but ethnicity is monitored closely by most companies (And also the vast number of employers just don't think like that) for it to be of any real significance. I think the problems lie a bit deeper and not sure this forum is up to a reasonable / rational debate on it

25 is the threshold for insurance, It comes down dramtically after that. If you are 17, your insurance will be aound 2,500 for thid party, regardless of whether the car is worth only 100, the no claims help over the next few yeas, but not by a great deal, its when you hit the magic 25, that it comes right down. Turkish is right, he will struggle to get insured for under 1000, it will be more like 2k

stdunko, it is not racist to acknowledge that most of them are black, neither is it racist to say that siginificantly more blacks than whites are invloved in gang crime, knife carrying and gun crime.

Harry Redknapps development on the southsea seafront is on fire.
Gemmel replied to SB's topic in The Saints
Having just lost an appeal to withdaw the social housing element of the development, which was a requirement for the orginal planning permission, I doubt he will be too disappointed. -

LOL.... Actually I've just found the links and had a browse through the docs. It would be such a shame if they get a points deduction...well anything under 15 would be a shame, should be minus 40. As for arry in the slammer, I can't see it...why would there still be a press ban if he has been found guilty, but regardless, I hope the FA have grown some balls over the summer.

It's a complete scam. Completely targetted at teenagers and youngsters who aren't old to drink in a pub. It has an alcopop taste, whilst blowing the brains out of the younger drinkers. The marketing of 5 pound a can is that one can for that amount has a designer label feel, but then you can get wasted off just one. Should ban it IMHO

I met morgans agent (Although I didn't know it at the time) with Rupert Lowe. When I was told who he was I googled his name and he looks after some serious players and is obviously very well connected with some of the bigger clubs. He questioned me on what I thought of morgan and his injury (At the time) and proceeded to tell me just how good MS really is. I would imagine he will be touting him around whenever he is allowed.

Renamed "The landing strip"

Happy with the squad, happy with the new signings, very happy with the names of the potential new additions and gob smacked that we are still in with a shout at keeping oxo for another season, but.......... I have no idea how we will get on. Last season the expectation was (And quite rightly so) promotion and for the 30 odd years prior to that, I've always had an idea (Even if it was usually wrong) where I thought we would end up. Taking away the kop out answer "We'll be alright", when I look at other teams and their squads (And not knowing as much about other players in our league as I used to) I really dont know what the expectation should be, as in whether it's a relegation fight, mid table medicority, Playoffs or even Automatic. Of course I know where I want us to be, but they are two different things. In a way it makes the whole thing that bit more exciting, but with everybody seemed to be agreeing, that this is one of the toughest ever years.... If I was in a bookies, I wouldn't know where to stick my money.

One of my favorite cities in the world... loads for you and the kids. As already said above the falls and the CN tower should be on the list Take the kids to Canada's Wonderland..... Great day out for young and old :) Check out when the expo is this year. Hire a car and a couple of hours out of Toronto, you are into the country. Lots of log cabins to rent etc. on lovely lakes and then find the nearest rubbish dump and go see the grizzly bears pawing through them at nights. Try and get to some of the suburbs - Missisuga, Orange County etc. Oh and the landing strip is definately not for the kids Enjoy.

I like this guy, I think he has the potential to outshine, AL Fahim, Al Mirage and Chinny. He certainly makes me smile. His last interview, he said he was never interested in Rangers, it was for someone else.... this time; At the end of May you have entered the football market. Why did you choose Portsmouth? We have been keeping an eye on football clubs for a long time. There was an option with Glasgow Rangers. But for the last fourteen years the club had some disputed issues with their tax office for quite a large amount. Is anyone going to tell him about pompeys 26 million pound hiccup with the tax man? Probably best to keep quiet, We wouldn't want it to draw attention to the 20 million pounds that has to paid to the CVA.
