Good piece that. Always wondered why quite a few players live in Ocean Village though. Surely it's far preferrable to get a nice pad in the Forest close to Staplewood?

People seem to mainly join the Dell Bar because you're allowed out at half time whch means the possibility of sneaking in a quick fag.

Morgan has been nominated. Vote here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/fsf-awards-2014

Got the vinyl yesterday, just listened to it twice in a row. It's balls out bastard brilliant.
-
Oh, that's sad. I got a first bus over the bridge once with my son, never again at those prices.

If you can stretch to another £50 then I can't recommend this enough: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00E92JTZM/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_2?pf_rd_p=479289247&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B00JVKE524&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=0951KKXBBJMJD97ESR2M I bought one 4 months ago and it's superb. Has loads of storage space, runs every app I've tried with ease, has a great screen and 2 sim slots. Also has a removable battery which is very handy for travelling without a charger (I always carry a spare when watching Saints away)

It's worth checking Amazon marketplace for used laptops. I got one of these and the only thing wrong with it was a few very minor scratches which are insignificant when saving £100. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/B00F93MBXC/ref=dp_olp_used?ie=UTF8&condition=used

Woolston is good for a quick getaway if driving east, its when you need to drive up Thomas Lewis Way or through Bitterne that it gets clogged up. There's also a shuttle bus that goes over the bridge to the ground for £1 each way if your kids don't fancy the walk or if it's raining. You can also park up on the pavement by the railtrack near the Farmhouse which makes the people paying £7 to park around the corner look a bit silly although I'd imagine it will take ages to get out from there if the barriers are down.

Other side of Itchen Bridge is free and no more than 15 mins walk. Empress Road is probably closer and has the added bonus of being near the Rockstone. There's plenty of closer places but you'll have to pay.

Faur play. I wish I was as clinical as your nipper in deciding these things. Once I've sorted out childcare I'll be at Sheff Utd. Already booked train for Burnley - only £8 each way from South Birmingham. The biggest joke ticket prices are at Loftus Road. £55 for Cat A games in the centre of the Upper Tier. We're Cat B so even we have to pay £40-£45 to visit the worst ground in the league.

Will Roko and the board go for broke in January!!!

Ings has only just come back from injury so saying he's not performed that well so far is a bit harsh. But as others have said Austin is much better and unike Ings could play up front by himself as an alternative to Pelle should he be injured. -
It's easy for you to trot that line out as you rarely go to away games. Those of us who do face a dilemma about these things. On the one hand I desperately want to go and cheer Saints on, on the other I despise paying over £40 for a ticket. Tough choice.

Interesting snippet in Private Eye asking why he speaks out so vehemently against tax avoiders yet is happy for Random House to publish his book - a company owned by Pearson who, wait for it, pay no tax!
-
Hardly any of them pick Hammond in their team and a few want Pearson out. Unlike most of their fans I hope Nugent plays because he's awful and will get some abuse.
-
There were a few around me chuckling at that too. The Boruc balls up at Arsenal had me in stitches. I've found people get quite cross about it, one bloke at St Mary's had a pop at me for laughing at Kelvin Davis gifting QPR (I think, he did so many back then) a goal in out first Championship spell.
-
To be fair I've laughed after Saints have let goals in plenty of times. If someone does something terrible it's just funny, doesn't matter whether it's the other team or ours.
-
That's great to see and shows excellent team spirit. During highlights I often watch the reactions of players when their team get a goal and it continually surprises me that a lot of them never celebrate or congratulate the scorer.

Drug dealer?

They never really wanted to play for Saints after being transferred to us.

Redknapp was alright. David Hirst seemed reasonably disinterested. -
£41 for a Monday night game on TV. Piss taking bastards. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/tickets-aston-villa-vs-southampton-24112014-2051205.aspx

The debut album by Lola Colt hs had a lot of play in our house the last few days

He has played RB but I think that was more to do with completing his development into a CB by improving his all-round game. See Matt Targett who played a number of games for the youth teams as a left sided CB.

The Alex use wiziwig streams which cut out and lag at times. Kelly used to have the best set up but I haven't been for ages.
