Bit late on this one but should people look at it in future you need to be aware of a potential hot start issue http://www.rotaryrevs.com/content/rx-8-hot-start-problem For me, being a kid of the '80s I'd much prefer a mid-90s RX-7 - mindblowingly awesome car and very tuneable. Went out for a few laps as a passenger with a pro driver at Donington and the thing was so stable and fast, pretty much with no effort.

Dull, but winnable

Pubs/Streaming/Al Jazeera And also the slow start to the season with the international break and only a couple of games at home means there's no momentum yet. We're not playing particularly exciting football and need a big win under our belt to get a few more in the door. Attendances are always lower at the start of the season than after Christmas when games always seem to come thick and fast (particularly with a decent Cup run).

Hoping next year will shake things up but there is a danger of it suffering from Seb syndrome as did WRC (Loeb's dominance of that championship and the complete lack of star talent and manufacturer support has killed it as a spectacle) Not having all the races on BBC and having a bunch of dull circuits means I CBA with it except for the classic tracks. This year I've only watched Monaco, Silverstone, Spa, Monza, and Australia, absolutely no interest in Singapore, India, Korea, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain etc. Sad state of affairs when China and Malaysia are relatively exciting races. To a certain extent F1 has always had dominant teams and drivers but at least there were better circuits and unreliability to spice it up. Used to be fairly common for half the field not to finish, now mechanical failures are far too rare. Another vote for Moto GP here (and Moto 2/Moto 3 - they're well worth watching on the red button)

yup, picked up a knock on Saturday according to his Twitter

IME Scousers fairly tolerant of away fans in home areas - although probably best not to do that in the Kop...
-
I was there for the 3-2 alongside mates from Uni - one a Liverpool fan, one Man U, all of us in the away end. Great day out. Sadly I've seen Liverpool win there more times (against other teams) than Saints, went a fair few times when I was at Uni, including the 2nd 4-3 game against Newcastle.

More from the same guy, bit of parkour...

Remember singing the "he's short, he's fat" one at The Dell just before he curled a 30-harder in to the top corner...

Saints fan as well I believe. Short of being in hospital if you're going to have a heart attack a cruise ship is a pretty good place. Very experienced in emergency medicine and resus techniques, 2 doctors and 3 nurses on each cruise. Would have been with him in a couple of minutes tops and there are trained first aiders everywhere. RIP, he lived in the village where my family come from and he was a very down-to-earth normal bloke by all accounts.

People in the Kingsland North corner sitting down?
Saint137 replied to 100% Saint's topic in The Saints
No it isn't: http://www.fsf.org.uk/campaigns/safe-standing/the-legalities-of-standing/ At most it is a civil contract between supporters and the club. Now, contract law states that contract terms must be enforced fairly and equally - if they chuck you out for standing yet allow others to stand then you could *potentially* sue them for breach of contract. Of course in practical terms the Don would make you an offer you couldn't refuse Based on Saturday there has been a hell of a lot of movement in the Northam over the the summer and plenty of spare non-season ticket seats around. Should be easy enough to get tickets in a persistent standing area if you want them. The stewards seem to have given up getting people to sit, its been ages since they've got back past the first ten rows or so. -
"Gimme Shelter" - any chance for the next few games?

Songs are born away, get it going at Naarwich and there'll be no problem for the next home game -
What struck me is he's two-footed, came inside a couple of times first half and made great crosses when he was being forced wide. MOTM by miles today, him and Chambers our best partnership in that slot since Bridge & CMFG

Would love to see Rickie playing in the hole behind a front two of Osvaldo & J-Rod, his distribution and footballing brain would do real damage there.
-
The only team he would leave us for is Chelsea. He's sarf west London innit, Man U would be too far from family and friends for him at this stage
-
That would sound awesome, and unique. And one you can really belt out, half sing the Osvaldo bit, the other the rest. And once he has scored, it just changes to "he's gonna score again, he's gonna score again"

Boruc Clyne Lovren ???? Shaw Rodriguez SpiderMan Wanyama Lallana Osvaldo Lambert INSANE, CL here we come with that lot. So much quality on the bench and competition for places. Should get Lallana back to his best, have felt he's been a little bit lacking since his injury layoff
-
Whenever I follow these links I can see the game playing in background and loads of pop up ads over the video, how do I get rid of them?

Boruc, Chambers, Lovren, Fonte, SHAW, Spiderman, Ward-Prowse, Wanyama, Lallana, Rodrigues, RLEGM,

Marlands or Portland Terrace can be as low as £3.60 a day on a season ticket, details on council website which seems to be down at the moment. That also gives you parking at weekends so quite a bargain if come in to town a lot. Cheapest without Samson ticket is West Quay multistorey (the one next to Ikea) or Leisure World, both a fiver a day

Single earphone transistor radios, run cable up sleeve of school blazer so I could listen to the charts on a Tuesday. Was how I got to hear about Keegan...

So got off lighter than Pompey then Sad day for Cov fans but at least they still live, although League 2 beckons now. Worked with a die-hard Cov fan, he used to go to every game home and away despite being based in Reading. Wonder if there are further deductions to come.
-
Blimey, he gets around - he presented the local Tyro league awards at Sandy Balls this afternoon. Lad #2 plays for Fordingbridge Town so go to meet him twice in a weekend, well chuffed. Particularly as he recognised him from yesterday. All three lads now want his name of the back of their shirts...

Prognosis very good for those nowadays - the old man has had one for 8 years. Very cool, they wirelessly upload diagnostics and telemetry to the hospital, and hospital can phone you to come in if they detect something odd. And if your heart goes wonky it just gives you a little shock to kick it back in to rhythm. Believe Muamba has one fitted now...

No long sleeve option And think sizing is a little less generous than Umbro. Still, lack of LS means I won't be tempted to buy it now...
