I'm not too sure about that. The reason that Evans was found guilty is because the jury decided that he was compus mentus (sic) enough to have worked our that the woman wasn't compus mentus (sic) enough to give consent. They wouldn't have been able to have come to that conclusion if he'd been equally as drunk as her, would they?

It would appear that there is no easy solution here (said I, stating the bleedin' obvious). What's worse? The danger of a hospital being turned into a "basket case" by poor management in the public sector or a hospital, having been transformed into an award winning establishment by private sector management, seemingly not sustainable as a business in the current climate.

Koeman didn't rule out Elia being in the starting line up when asked about it in this afternoon's press conference. My gut feel is that he will start.
