  1. A Taoiseach is effectively a Prime Minister. Constitution of Ireland says... :"The head of the Government, or Prime Minister, shall be called, and is in this Constitution referred to as, the Taoiseach." Unlike the US and needing to be born in the US to be president, no equivalent rule applies to be PM of the UK. Quite common for it to be referred to as British PM even if not entirely correct. Today's Irish TImes for example... http://www.irishtimes.com/news/politics/taoiseach-and-british-prime-minister-pay-respects-to-war-dead-in-flanders-1.1633597 Seemingly not you though.
  2. Score draw, he likes to sit on the fence. Which can be painful if it is a picket fence.
  3. Lawrenson thinks he is Irish, he can be the Irish PM and Merson the British PM.
  4. How will anyone know you are with a Spurs fan unless he chooses to make himself publicly known as such?
  5. Mark Lawrenson and Paul Merson think we'll win. Should they be PM?
  6. See, I do listen and take on board constructive criticism! Anything else you want to see changed?
  7. In the next data update you will see that I've made Cortese indifferent to signings from Italy.
  8. Not when you see it in context alongside the question asked.
  9. Mackay didn't just play for Watford, he managed them. Watford have appointed a new manager in any case yesterday - Giuseppe Sannino, plus returning to Watford would be quite a step back for MacKay.
  10. Why would he resign and miss out on a huge payout? He might as well wait for the sack, Mackay's reputation won't be tarnished by any of this and he'd easily get another good job.

  21. Blackburn Rovers also wanted Steve Kean and Michael Appleton as managers, I don't think they have the best judgement.
  22. You have to be born on or after 1st January 1996 to be eligible for England under 18's... - Luke Shaw born 12th July 1995 - James Ward-Prowse born 1st November 1994
  23. A pass between Fonte and Lovren across the back as they often do counts as a "long ball" even though it is along the floor and not aimless. As for "pass completion rate" that is another stat that can be manipulated to mean whatever you want. Southampton this season have made thousands of passes this season more than Fulham, if Southampton's competition rate for example is 3 per cent below Fulham that still means they have completed a huge amount of passes more than Fulham. In one game this season Southampton completed 611 passes and the opposition only had 104!
