I just keep wondering why they don't manage to make their huge crowd advantage, count financially down in that division. I see Hereford with average crowds of between 3,500 and on occasions over 4,500 are blowing away all competition in the ninth and eighth tiers of English football. It must take a special ineptitude with that advantage to remain rooted in the fourth tier of English football.

Don't forget Wham who've already lost.......

One thing someone might know, do the Chinese not have to abide by FFP rules, or is it only European clubs that are ham strung by that?

I just hope we play our strongest team possible, the only way to keep the season alive. Liverpool will surely beat us over the two leg semi final - sorry......

I think it is likely we will lose Romeu come the summer, Saints won't let him enter the last year of his contract without signing a new deal. So why not bring in the replacement in January......

I tend to agree we are not quite as astute as some think with regard to our selling policy. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think we got less for Wanyama than we paid for him, Clyne and Mane were both worth a lot more than what we actually got from Liverpool. The £15m for Pelle was the only one we got far more for than he was probably worth - this largely due to the collapse of the pound against the dollar, between agreeing the fee( in dollars) for him and the transfer actually going through.
