Does anyone know the situation regarding tickets? I didnt think I could go to the game as I was skint but a mate of mine has given me the money he owed me and I can now afford to go. I used to go to the gym at the Holiday Inn next door to Fleming Park in Eastleigh. That was really good. Nice and quiet, does a few classes and isnt packed to the rafters with 'roided up yetis. Also it's got a pool, steam room, sauna and (best of all) a jacuzzi.

Good move all round I feel. I dont think Patterson is ever going to realistically get a look in as his development is always likely to be a couple of steps behind the development of the club under NC & ML. That said, he's a good honest player and should carve out a good career for himself with Southend. They are obviously a pretty good club who have given Barnard a platform to prove himself as they did with Freddie Eastwood to win a big move away a few seasons ago. Pace to burn and his goal scoring record isnt half bad either. Yes his reading of the offside rule is practically non-existant but imagine how dangerous he could be once he learns to time his runs on a consistent basis. There are no players as quick as him in League 1 or in the Championship IMO. He can offer us something very different for at least the next two years and hopefully by then would have improved in to a competent premier league striker.
