I think the pressing game would also help Pelle out. Win the ball further up the field, more midfield support and less punting it forward to the big man when we win it 30 yrds from our own goal. What exactly would you have done differently then Alps? We were disappointing but with what we had on the bench I'm not sure what else we could have changed. Think we probably have to put this down to "one of them days" and be grateful that its a game that essentially had nothing riding on it. Thought Lovren had a funny 10 mins and along with Clynes error that rocked us badly. JWP as a centre mid? Not sure on that one myself but how many people would have been happy with Reed playing the 90 mins?
