Perhaps play 2 up front allowing a more defensive minded left side Pelle and Mane up top so that Mane doesn't have to beat 3 players to get a shot off Romeu and wanyama in CM Clasie in a more advanced role behind the two strikers At least give a youth teams a sniff of a first team game seager or reed on the bench? All of these before skipping straight to binning off the manager thanks :-)

The only acceptable deal here would be a loan with pre agreed purchase price if he works out. More likely we'd have to agree to sell someone to them so for that reason I'm out. I thought it was reported we didn't want to deal with them anymore anyway?

Jose should perhaps take a leaf out of our Ronald's book from earlier in the season. The seven man defence strategy to get us over the humping by Everton seems to have calmed us defensively and we have looked far more solid and in turn better offensively since then. Long may it continue for us!

Ha prediction proved correct! My point was that if we want to improve the atmosphere we need something easy and repetitive. Short of actual songs for our players that seems like a decent shout and I've always thought it sounded decent when they've been down here.

When we go around spouting rubbish about selling ourselves as a stepping stone to players it's no wonder that they actually believe it and are then disappointed when they don't get to choose when they go. I'd prefer our board to say a lot less RE transfers in the future. If we sell him I can't see us signing anyone in a price range our board find acceptable but of the quality we need to replace the best CM pairing we've had in a long long time.

The Southampton Way can bugger off if its planning on serving up that rubbish this season! Dire. Playing long ball clearly wasn't working and no changes to how we played were evident to me all game. JWP and Davis should never again be seen in the same team at the same time for me. 5 defenders when we HAD to score? Are you kidding me? ROKO has some serious questions to answer atm for me. Dodgey team selections so far this year and has turned us into a team of no distinct style or substance so far this year. What a let down after last season,.

Judging by our draws so far (highest unseeded team and a national champion CL drop out) you just know that if we do win through we'll get Dortmund, Monaco and Lazio! Seems ridiculous that the deal is so heavily weighted in West Hams favour. For that quality of stadium I'm sure they could have "convinced" them to pay more. The tax payer funding their stewarding and corner flags? Wtf! Agree this should be on the main board though!

Not saying he didn't but do you have a link for that? I'd be massively surprised if any club other than city could turn down 50m bids for a player who is pretty inconsistent. As for mane would be gutted to see him go. Genuinely feel there is little good coming from just getting these players for just one season all the time. Creates a disconnect between players and the team and as others have said luck with signings will eventually run out surely!

EL if nothing else helps us keep players here next summer and may encourage better quality signings in its turn. Plus beating a few big name European sides would be amazing.

On the basis that this is true , awful decision. Would mean only 1 of last years back 5 being in the team come Saturday having been replaced by a relegated CB and potentially a CB from a truly awful SPL. Bit of a risk I'd say.
