They were not brought in by AP and so have not "bought into" the plans. There will hopefully be severa; squad players who will be shown the exit as well as non-playing staff such as Pulis and Molyneux. Lambert will still be here in my opinion, will move on if we are not in promotion spots next Jan, not before. Agree with what you say except the bit about the JPT. It is just as important to win the JPT as well. Losing that would do more damage to our confidence than any other result. The intensity should remain whatever the competition. There is no point resting anyone when we only have 11 games left to play this season.

A clue might be to look at the League Table. They are above us, have more points than us even with 10pt deduction. Simple fact, they are game for game better than us. Why is that so shocking? (OK I know its hard to believe Swindon are better than Saints but thats how it is and why we won't be promoted this season)
