Most saints appearances - current outfield players

Harding has played 1 more than Lambert -
Surely it was out parent company not our sister company. Its only the Skates where your sister is your parent or vice versa

Oh come on, if that Da Vinci bloke had been any good, Lisa would at least have been topless

As usual with these lists biased towards the modern generation. Glad someone remembered Peachey, for him not to even be in the Top 50 is a complete and utter joke.

And without them there would be no games... Thought the ref was quite good last night, most "dubious" decisions turned out to be correct with the benefit of TV replays (the linos were not so good but thats different). Also made due allowance for the awful conditions and did not whistle or book players unneccessarily. That said, he should have noticed the colour clash.

Probably Rooney

Agreed, Charlton had a much more blatant miscall as you say, I think from a free-kick, their player did a lot of finger-wagging after and quite justifiably because replays showed he was nowhere near offside. The problem really is the change of the rule that came in a while back. the old offside law was actually much easier to police, the new one has much more of an element of doubt and subjectivity. But scrapping the law altogether would be silly, there is a reason it was introduced, simply to stop "goal-hangers".

That late goal may have made it a bit nervy, but it made it another 10 points in the Prediction league Really should have been 4 or 5 nil tonight. Thought we were superb at times. Must pay credit to Lallana, was critical in the past but tonight he was superb.

Guess you should stick to poker then Champ. Like others I "lost" a few quid, less than 30 quid in my case, but that is nothing compared to the feeling of joy knowing that Lowe was well and truly shafted, just desserts for all (or at least most) of what he did to SFC. I have a lot of sympathy for others who lost significant amounts, except Wilde, but to be honest buying shares in a football club should never be about making money. My "investment" was purely so I could attend AGM/EGMs and help to get rid of the idiots who were ruining the Club. Sadly I never got to exercise my right to attend, mores the pity. By the way, I haven't received a letter yet, now the surprise has been spoiled LOL I did receive a communication from my Broker back in about May warning me of this though, although by then I had worked that out for myself.

John McGrath could coach him in that technique...

As a matter of interest why do you consider it odd for an Italian to wear a poppy? As far as I know the Italians were allied to the "triple entente" during WW1, so were effectively on our side. They celebrate Armistice Day a week earlier than we do, on 4 November (the Armistice of Villa Giusti). I realise things were a little different in WW2 of course.

... oh and a contract The only 2 things PNE have over us is League Status and a contract ... oh and player registration Among the things that PNE have over us are League Status, a contract and player registration. No-one expects the Spanish Inquisition

Lets get him in then, he could Pardew

Assuming you're talking about Antonio. Reading have already made it very clear he is not in their plans. If he was they would have stopped him playing tonight like our other loanees. Don't ask me why, they must be mad, but there you have it. What we have to hope is that Reading do not sack Brendan Rogers before January, a new bloke might have a different view.

Excellent result, 10 Prediction League points
-
Must have gone to Specsavers
-
We already did, you missed it 1-3
-
I predicted 3-2 to us

Can someone explain why Reading do not want Antonio? He is ripping the Gas apart. Not like Reading are any good this season, but very pleased they don't know about his play.

The Brizzle commentators are difficult to understand -
The OP asked when was the last time someone played in R1 and reached Wembley. Wembley did not open until 1922 or 23 so Spuds don't count and neither do the Royal Engineers. And don't forget we did it the year before but lost in the Final at Kennington Oval So I think the answer is never...

There are schools in Portmsouth? Learn something new every day

No, its just that when there are millions voting it takes a lot of votes to get to 3%. Of course I could be wrong, what was the site again?
