  1. and Agents Fees. For loans there are sometimes loan fees as well. HTH
  2. Depends how accurate you are with your kicking, can you hit a small target?
  3. 3 seasons at Walsall, including promotion from Third Division to Second Division and a win percentage of over 45%. Two seasons assisiting Lawrie Mac when he was Northern Ireland manager. Agreed, fly-by-night, unsuccessful manager
  4. But he wasn't relatively successful either. 6th place acieved thanks to a great degree to the input of Glyn Snodin... For wanting to hound out GB, Alps was absolutely spot on.
  5. Its not illegal. It may be against Football League or FA Rules but that doesn't make it illegal. The Old Bill wouldn't give a toss if someone owned 2 football clubs, but Lord Mawhinney might. However, lets say Wolves are in the Premier League (FA) and Saints (being optimistic) are in the CCC (FL) I'm not 100% sure that there are rules that prevent this, though I would suspect there are. Otherwise Manure's owners or someone could also own a feeder club like Bury.
  6. Problem that everyone seems to ignore though is that whether or not we did oe did not have less in the bank the following year, this was due to Mike Wilde. As far as I can determine this is the same Mike Wilde who acted as king maker for Lowe to get him back into power. The Lowe suporters like to blame Wilde (and Crouch) for the mistakes after Lowe left, but conveniently forget that the same idiot is now in cahoots with Lowe. Two business failures running the plc with no idea how to run a successful footbal club is twice as bad as either one of them being in charge IMHO.
  7. Not being harsh on Bennett at all (thanks for reminding me of his name), re-read my post and you will see that I was saying he was good after looking absolute crap in his first 2 games. Like you I may have preferred to have Bennett back, but that isn't happening, and never was going to. I think the rest of your post is just complete drivel. Lipstick has played at a decent level (better than bottom of CCC) and is also Hungary u21 internatinal 15 times. He has been brought in as cover because we only had 3 recognised CBs. I don't expect him to be our next Mark Wright, I actually hope he never plays, because that would mean our first choice CBs Perry and Seijs are injured or suspended. There is no inconsistency between Wotte's stamenent and Lipstick joining - he is better than what we have, because we have nothing for 4th choice CB, and to be fair he is probably better than Olly currently is (he will be good one day). Fair enough blasting Lowe and Wotte, i do it all the time, but find something valid to blast them for, there are plenty of things that fall into that category, and get off the back of a player who has come here to help out, won't be earning much money, probably won't play much
  8. Think maybe people are being a touch unfair to Lipstick. Seems quite clear to me he was signed as cover, our first choice centre backs are Perry and Seijs now. Lancashire is also (emergency) cover. With Killer now seemingly finished it was important to have some specialist cover, unlikely that Perry and Seijs will manage evry remaining game. Lipstick has played 15 times for Hungary u21 (although he is now 24) and made 26 appearances for Ujpest (he has only been there since June). Now Ujpest may not be the greatest team in the world, but 2nd in the top division in Hungary is probably still at least as good as mid table CCC (better than us in other words). For a cover thats OK, as long as he is fit, and has decent ability. His proposed transfer to Southend seemingly ended mysteriously, no hint that he wasn't good enough, Tilson said he desparately wanted to sign him. I am as critical as anyone how this club is being run, but criticising Lipstick before he has even played is out of order in my book, I would expect we will only see him play a handful of times if one of the others is unavailable, he can't be any worse than the guy from Reading last year (sorry dementia setting in), and in the end he turned out to be quite good.
  9. So why rely on them to get us out of the **** in the CCC? Lowe thinks they're big enough and old enough. There really weren't that many of the inexperienced youngsters playing against Sheff Utd anyway, McLaggon maybe, who else? James has played most of this season. Lallana played before this season. Surman is probably one of our most experienced players now in terms of appearances. Take a look at the team again, we have stopped playing the real nippers, apart from McLaggon.
  10. Stanley's reply is only as one-dimensional as yours. Only a Lowe luvvy could think the snow is Lowe's fault, if you consider him to be your God then he could influence the weather I suppose. Everyone knows the country grinding to a halt is Wilde's fault, not Lowe's.
  11. I guess people will accept the inevitable sooner or later. With the current set up we will be relegated. I have already resigned myself to this, it makes it easier to take the continual bad results once you realise that we are ****ed and have been since this ridiculous experimentation started when Lowe returned. Watford is not a big game. I expect Watford to be relegated along with us and Charlton. So even if we beat them, what has that gained? Frankly, our hoe game against Watford was a "bigger" game than this, and we lost 3-0 with one of the most inept displays I have ever seen. There will be no-one happier than me if we achieve a miracle and escape, but anyone seriously thinking about how we will achieve this, other by miraculous means is merely prolonging the agony.
  12. No, thats not the problem. Other clubs have no money and are not in the same situation as us. Having no money does not mean employing crap managers, or loaning out good players. Lack of money is an excuse peddled by Lowe. It is not the reason we will get relegated. Simple as that.
  13. Please can we have this offensive material removed...
  14. Don't get me wrong, I agree Lowe is insane, but blaming Woodward for our relegation is a bit daft, given he joined AFTER we were relegated. He was cause of much disruption when we were first in CCC, because he couldn't work with Saggy Chops, and introduced Simon wahtever his name was, who was clearly completely off his rocker. Lowe has done some stupid things, maybe the Woodward experiemnt was one of them, but it wasn't the cause of us being relegated...
  15. Clowns are funny (sometimes), doesn't make them good football team managers. Holloway is a clown. He is better than Wotte, but then so am I.
  16. Once again, here are the rules for FL Standard Loans: 48 Standard and Emergency Loans 48.1 Standard Loans. Subject to the provisions of Regulation 47.3, Standard Loan transfers shall only be approved in accordance with following provisions:- 48.1.1 Subject to the proviso that the duration of a Standard Loan must be the time between two Registration Periods, Standard Loans can be for half a Season or a full Season. Any recall clause requiring the early termination of a Standard Loan can only be included in a full Season Standard Loan and this can only be activated during the second (January) Registration Period . 48.1.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of Regulation 48.1.1, a Standard Loan of a goalkeeper (but not otherwise) may be subject to a recall clause exercisable at any time. Any recall may only be implemented in extenuating circumstances and with the consent of the Executive, such extenuating circumstances to be determined in the Executive's absolute discretion. A goalkeeper shall not be permitted to resume any Standard Loan following the exercise of a recall. 48.1.3 A Club can have a maximum of 4 Players under 23 and a further 4 Players over 23 on a Standard Loan during any Season. The deadline for determining a Player's age in this respect shall be 30 June prior to the Season in which the Standard Loan is intended to take place. 48.1.4 No more than 2 Players who are over 23 may join one Club from another Club on a Standard Loan in any Season. 48.1.5 Standard Loans which subsequently become permanent transfers shall not count against a Club's quota of such Standard Loans for that Season No recall is possible for a loan that is less than a full season. Full season loan recalls can only beeffected during the transfer window which has just closed. None of our loans are coming back before the end of the season. End of. http://www.griffinpark.org/forums/showthread.php?t=55637
  17. Hopefully not otherwise we may get docked points for breaking league rules...
  18. The better bet was sitting next to him last night, Steve Cotterill. Holloway is a clown, he may be better than Wotte but thats not saying much.
  19. Given that the most likely scenario is that Charlton and watford will go down with us, and that Leeds will still be there (unless Glyn Snodin works his magic this season) then we will be one of arguably 4 big clubs in the 3rd Division next season. There is certainly no guarantee that we would be re-promoted (Loweism) or even make the play-offs even if we did have a decent manager. Add to that the likelihood that if we are relegated we will go into Admin, the outlook is indeed rosy:(
  20. Torquay are doing OK:)
  21. Try moving the left speaker further away, or the right speaker nearer. Alternatively you could fiddle with your balance control
  22. Think you'll find he will start with the 10 that finsihed on Saturday, plus one to replace Molyneux. I hope Skacel, but suspect Mills or Surman. I think Wotte is reasonably clear now who his best team is, even if he didn't know at the start of the last 2 games.
  23. One of the daftest posts recently, and that takes some doing. Please tell me who are the players that we have recalled? Do you think we recalled Sag, we didn't his loan deal came to an end. I know, you meant Dyer, but then we shipped him out again, so not only did we not recall him, but he actually comes under the category of "has been taken away". You do know there is a loan window I suppose, so players might still leave. I note you also failed to mention that Lowe's pet project ended in the loss of our head coach who was pivotal to the revolution that would see us leading the world in sexy football, strange that. Lets look at what we have added, a central defender who failed to get a deal at Stevenage, a LB who gets sent off, and to show I have a balanced view, a seemingly good CB (signed by Wotte while Lowe is off getting piste). We are 2nd bottom of Division 2, Lowe will continue to be the focus of much scorn (hate is a bit silly for grownups, but then someone who calls themselves Fart Pants probably wouldn't know about that), as will Wilde who is the cause of so many of the problems at SMS, not least by allowing Lowe to come back with his mad experiments. Come back with some other little message when you have something more sensible to say.
  24. Wotte picked the team before thr window closed, so given Lipstick was not part of the squad, it would seem highly unlikely that he will play. So watch out for him Can't believe that they would split Perry and Size at the moment anyway, at last we have a settled CB pairing that isn't looking too bad.
  25. Bit like what do we do if Davis gets hurt?
