We seem to be getting a lot of luck in the cups this year. Was an absolute sitter, cant believe he missed it.

We lost McGoldrick, Surman, Skacel, JPS, Cork, BWP, Euell etc in the summer.

If we get an away tie we're on the road four games in a row.

Football is a squad game now, we need a group of 18~ players who are good enough to step into the starting eleven. If Morgan breaks a leg on Saturday then we will have no chance of making the play offs, can't rely on Lloyd James to come in and do Schneiderlins job for six months.

Can't understand why people would want Pompey. We wouldn't have much of a chance against them and I can't think of many things more depressing than a Monday morning at work after they've beaten us.

Don't want a League one side, Liverpool or Pompey. Anyone else would be fine.

Schneiderlin is our best footballer, I really don't understand how anyone can doubt him. He has a great first touch, best range of passing in the team and he get stuck in as much as anyone. He's gone from being a luxury player who just pings the ball around to our most important midfielder over the last 18 months. I really hope we can keep hold of him if we don't get promoted this season, losing him would be a massive blow we wouldn't be able to replace him.

He was dropped in at the deep end far too early, he should have spent last season out on loan somewhere like Grimsby or coming off the bench for us. He should never have been a starting player in the side.

Yeah I went to Swindon, we where very poor but the blame shouldn't go to Lancashire, Pardew should take the blame for that one, he got the team selection all wrong. There's no way Huddersfield are going to get a record win at St Marys with or without Lancashire.

Martin, Argent, Molyneux, Holmes and McLaggon would probably find their level in the conference. Apart from Davis and Trottman I don't think any of the others would look all that amazing in the conference. Maybe if you paid Saganowski enough he might score a few.

If we played a team like that I'd honestly expect a refund. We wouldn't stand a chance.

Yeah sure we would. Get rid of Lallana and Harding and play those two clowns? Luton would batter us.

Andrew Davies would be a fantastic signing, just the type of defence Pardew likes in this league. Really doubt he'd drop to our level though, can't see him wanting 6-18 months in league one.

Ryan Smith wasn't half as bad as people made out, he was just managed terribly I saw him the reserves playing on the left and he looked dangerous then every time Wotte played him he'd be on the right and he wouldn't be able to do anything. I think a run of games on the left and he could have been half decent for us. Lee Molyneus however is one of the worst players I've seen in a Southampton shirt.

Agreed with that, I doubt any of our key players would like being rested after a loss, they all will want to get back out on the pitch and win. Bart James - Thomas - Perry - Harding Waigo - Hammond - Morgan - Lallana Connolly - Lambert Picks itself really.

Jack Cork - Really rated him while he was with us, the cultured ball playing defender we lack. Moritz Volz - Assuming he isn't injured he'd be perfect for our right back problem. Sam Vokes - Loan to buy would be ideal. Three players who are all proven at the level above us who would hopefully be willing to step down for 6 or 18 months.
