Need to win every game. If we say 76 points is the required amount for the play offs we need to average 2.1 points per game which should be achievable if keep on beating the ****.

It's not just Pompey tough. Man United, Liverpool, Hull etc are all in a terrible position financially. Man United just posted their annual accounts and they made a 40m profit after selling Ronaldo for 80m upfront, winning the league / cup and getting to the Champions league final. If they end this season without any trophies and crash out of the CL early they will be posting losses of 50-60m. They're ****ed.

We need cover for every position. We play a minimum of 57 games this season you can't expect Lallana to play every game without picking up and injury or getting suspended. You have to build a squad, at the moment if lallana is out of action for a month we have to play Mills who isn't really a winger or Waigo out of position which isn't ideal for anything more than a game or two.

If you read the article he says something on long the lines of on his day he looks like a £40 million pound striker but then the next week he'll go and have stinker - it's my job as manager to make him more consistent we need those top performance every week. Probably fair, you see him boss games against decent sides and then don't hear about him for the rest of the month, at 25 he should be showing more consistency.

Looked at his best when he played as the most advanced of a midfield three, Southend away was probably his best performance i've seen. Doesn't really offer enough of a goal threat to play there every week when we could just play Connolly.

He shows more willingness to get to the byline, it is something I think James should learn from. Sometimes when James and Waigo/Antonio are both up against the full back on their own they still just sling the ball in from deep rather than just play a simple 1-2 go round the defender and get in a more dangerous cross. It seems he would rather get a cross in from anywhere than attempt to take a player on a lose the ball, maybe a lack of confidence or just worried about getting back into position.

There was something on talksport recently about how the tories where planning on introducing a scheme where if you had to go to Hospital because you drank too much during a night out you would have to pay £550 per day for the treatment. Would probably be a good idea.

I don't think Harding ever goes into the box for a corner or free kick bar maybe the last minute of injury time. He's usually one of the two we leave back.

He just doesn't rate Thomas and quite rightly IMO. He's just a bully and a thug, doesn't offer anything else, can't see anyone taking the useless ***** off our hands. I'm sure their business plan involves selling at somepont but who's to say it's when we get back to the premiership? Maybe it's a plan to get us into europe... who knows. Just enjoy the football we're playing and how we're going about it. I'm sure we've got a lot of good years ahead of us with ML and NC.

We could go on all day answering questions with questions... Obviously the formation requires a bit of work so the full backs don't get doubled up on, it's not as easy as just telling a wide midfielder to track back. That's why I said it probably won't happen, not at this stage of the season anyway.

The actual formation won't work or it won't work because of the players in the formation? Works fine for plenty of other teams - Chelsea for example, Norwich in our league play a similar formation. Plenty of teams play without any width.
