Building a team around youngsters like Lallana, Schneiderlin, James, Bart and maybe even Trottman and Antonio while we climb the leagues would be great for the club.

Wotton doesn't cover enough ground imo, would put too much strain on Hammond and Schneiderlin playing this formation with Wotton at the base of the diamond.

Perfect sort of player for Ince and his dirty niggly side. Would rather have Lloydy, Schneiderlin or Hammond in midfield than Quashie.

Just like every other game we have to play our best eleven. Anyone who thinks that a reserve team with the likes of Perry, Mills, Holmes, Paterson, Wotton etc could beat Northampton away really needs to get down to Staplewood and see quite how crap the reserve side are. We have no squad and were already without Trottman and Mellis. Playing the second string would be embarassing for the club we'd get dicked. The only time I'd consider resting a player is if they're carrying a knock.

Hardly mid table form. Since he got Jaidi and Waigo into the side we've been playing really well and picking up points. Brighton was a blip but other than that we've played some decent stuff.

A centre half who can pass the ball a bit would be my priority and then a left winger.

The diamond really suites our squad. The problem with the formation is you really need your full backs bombing forward to supply width and i'm not sure Murty or James are up that on the right hand side. Also the play can become a bit too predictable. Still would be worth giving it a go again, would be the way to get the best out of Lallana and still play two upfront.

It really is ridiculous, I dont understand why certain parts of our fan base always need someone to take the blame.

Lee Molyneux, Olly Lancashire, Tommy Forecast, Anthony Pulis, Jermain Wright, Vincent Pericard, Jordan Robertson, Tomas Pekhart, Paul Wotton etc I really could go on. Lloyd James is just the new scapegoat. He's playing out of position and always gives 100% with everything he does. He isn't a great right back but he's clearly got talent and is a decent footballer.

That must have been the first game you've seen since the premiership days then. Glad to see the fans have found another scapegoat.

Murty playing right back means James can move back into midfield.

So Antonio goes from the best thing since sliced bread to a one trick pony after one loss. It's pretty obvious that a player like Antonio is going to be far better in a game the opposition are chasing and leaving space. Against Brighton we where 2-0 down really early and Brighton where never going to over commit men forward and leave Antonio with space. In those situations you need the more creative players like Lallana and Schneiderlin to make the difference. I though considering the lack of space and two men up against him that Antonio was one of our better players on Saturday, might have been an idea to switch him around with Lallana in the second half could have made the difference with him on the left.
