I am hijacking this thread as I cannot start threads. I am getting a new laptop shortly and I have been weighing up whether or not to get a Mac. I have always used Windows but I'm not sure what to do. I only really use the computer now for word processing, web browsing, e-mail, photos, music etc. etc. If they cost the same I would go for the macbook on looks alone but I can get a dell with similar spec for a good few hundred quid less, is the mac really worth the extra pennies?

I find it weird how the general consensus with Mcgoldrick is that he is useless already yet Lallana is given plenty more time to grow. Both were in their first full season in our first team and both had good and bad spells. Both will go on to bigger and better things but, in my humble opinion, Mcgoldrick's will be much better. Since the turn of the year he has been playing really well and I, for one, would be very sorry to see him leave. Thought him and Paterson would have made a decent partnership in League One. I normally have a lot of time for what you write on here but that is complete and utter pony, I imagine you know it is.

Absolutely, I have seen very little from Lallana to suggest he is going on to do anything. Mcgoldrick has shown much more potential, and more importantly improvement, this season yet he isn't being shouted about. I would love it if we got anything over six figures for him, same goes for Surman.

Just about sums up my thoughts on the game, well put. Drew Surman is really starting to wind me up now, whatever money we can get for him in the summer (assuming we are in a position to be selling etc.etc.) would be a bonus. I have moaned at people for berating Smith while giving the likes of Surman and Lallana support after a numerous number of bad games but Smith really took the **** last night. I was desperate for him to try and beat his man but everything was so predictable. Leaving the ground last night I couldn't help but think, despite being in the relegation zone, despite being in administration, I would still rather be supporting saints with the chaps in attendance last night than support ****ing Watford. St Mary's has some quiet games where the away supporters really show us up but never anything as dreary and dull as the home support last night. Really shocking.
