I was under the impression he was more of a wide player - although our front line is so fluid they don't tend to play one specific role. Guess we'll have to wait and see!

Dusan Tadic - DONE DEAL, official and everything
SuperMikey replied to S-Clarke's topic in The Saints
Is it time for a "Song for Tadic" thread yet? -
By the way, did you get the business idea after watching Wolf of Wall Street? It worked well for them, just try not to spend all your money on midgets and hookers.

Don't go through an agency, they're sh!te to be employed by and you'll just end up with somebody permanently whining at you about their payslips. Trust me, I know.

Looks like we may be a bit late to the party, but the Estudiantes keeper Geronimo Rulli has been making waves over the last 12 months and I reckon he'd be the perfect understudy for Artur. I say late to the party as it looks like Malaga are going to snap him up for a measly £3m to replace Caballero who's off to Man City for £8m. Watching the video below I think he'd learn a lot from Artur, they've got a pretty similar style of keeping...it almost seems too good to be true! Saves us spending £10m on Marshall, who is a good keeper but won't really progress too far past where he is as a player now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeAZk0EiyI4 Anyone got RoKo's mobile number so I can let him know about this chap? Cheers!

Sigurdsson would work very well in our team I think, the only thing that put me off before was Lallana had the creative No 10 role nailed down - guess that position is vacant now! Good delivery from set pieces as well, so could add a few more goals purely based on those. Guess it all depends on whether the club feel Prowsey is good enough to take over the mantle and be a regular starter as Gylfi is pretty young still as well.

Didn't somebody here post a picture of him in Antigua on the day you said he was at Staplewood? As much as I would love Caulker, I think he'll be lured back to London (and by 'Arry flashing his brown envelopes about)

I've just really gotten into a save - simmed a season and took over AFC Wimbledon who had just been relegated to the conference, with the bank balance £700k in the red. Now going into the 18/19 season we're in the Championship having squeaked through the L1 play-offs last season, having not spent a penny on a transfer yet. Really enjoying it - I recommend simming the first season and going from there. Makes things a little more interesting.

They love him over at Villa, would be a good signing for us - although I would rather keep Dejan..

Your stanzas need a bit of work, but overall that's promising. Well done.

Lallana completes move to LFC for a fee of around £25m

The weird thing about this is that Adam's a boyhood Everton fan... -

I'm a massive fanboy, so I loved everything they played - although it did feel like Haiti and The Suburbs were low points in the set. I want Crown of Love and Intervention back next time I see you guys pls! -

What a weekend! As predicted, Arcade Fire blew me away - although Disclosure and Metallica ran them pretty close in terms of awesome headline sets. Dolly was a bit of an experience, mostly because in all my years of going i've never seen the Pyramid field that busy for a daytime act. Everything else was just Glastonbury - seemed like there was a lot of first-timers there though this year (i'm looking at you Pap) who didn't quite know the Glasto code (no umbrellas in the crowd when it's raining, don't stop in the middle of the f*cking path, don't loudly comment on the people while you walk through the Green Fields etc). Also noticed an inordinate number of twins onsite this year, wondered if Mr Eavis was running some kind of Josef Mengele experiments in the cow sheds.. Just can't wait for 2015 now! Can't believe it's a whole year away..ugh. -
F*cking hell, if Palace are going in for Caulker then we've definitely got a chance!

Wouldn't mind us taking a look at Ideye Brown from the Ukrainian league either - looks a very good player. Often been referred to as "the Nigerian Lee Barnard".

New contract so he's moving to a bigger pad?

Well, if she doesn't have any transmittable infections and isn't missing any limbs, bring her along! -
F*cking hell, really? Better be unveiling it with some new signings...

Dunne played at St Johnstone recently - my second team. Wasn't a bad player, L2 probably about his level at the moment but not a bad deal for the Skates on a free.

Won't have my smart-phone with me this year either, so will have to be a matter of texting. Thursday or Saturday would be my preference, as we're leaving about 3am Monday morning and I will be too busy cleaning the j!zz from my keks after watching Arcade Fire. -
Watched him play a couple of times with Dundee & Scotland this season, and considering the amount of senior games he's played I am impressed by him. Not ready for the Prem yet, still a little green, but the signs are there for a very good attacking full-back.

That clip is my best way of countering all that sh!te.

"We don't want to stir up tensions, but lets go parading through a multicultural area waving British flags and shouting about terrorists" Seriously, if half the stuff they're doing was being done by a radical Islamic group, can you imagine how angry they would be? Completely blinkered.
