Had it done in 2000. Friday morning surgery, bed rest Fri pm, quiet weekend. Back at work on Monday, work colleagues none the wiser. Nothing to be concerned about. Man up, man.

Miliband's refusal to play with SNP cost him many seats. Cleggy bowing the knee to Cammy for the coalition has diluted LD support. Reality is that this supposed austerity period hasn't hurt anyone, so DC voted in for more of the same. He'll need to rachet up the austerity now as he has no credible opposition and 5 years to balance the books.

Cut defence spending, increase heath, education and welfare spending. Simples.

Bit of confusion on the sites. BBC says Tories on 325 after 641 declarations. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/election-2015-32594267 Sky News says Tories on 324 after 642 declarations. http://news.sky.com/

Whichever one tells me the likely result earliest. I'm looking for "based on the results in so far, we're headed for a Conservative/Labour/Con-Lib/Lab-SNP coalition* government" before midnight! * delete as appropriate

So what's the score so far? Who's winning?
-
Yes, the first 20 minutes are key. Leicester will do their 'Charge of the Light Brigade' routine again. I hope we have 11 men behind the ball and try to retain possession. Won't be easy and they will press us to the hilt. We'll struggle to get it out of our half during this period. As you say, if we can weather that storm, the game will likely open up. So if it's still 0-0 after 30 minutes, we have a good chance of stealing it. That's my team talk done. Easy, this management lark.

JWP Sending off - are Saints going to appeal this ?
the saint in winchester replied to manina-pub's topic in The Saints
Call me biased, but I thought Fonte was within his rights to kick the rising ball. Graham was a bit daft to try to head it as he could see Fonte preparing to kick it. With 20,000 Mackems screaming "foul" the ref was swayed. -
So you would only sign players who are better than our first choice? So then they should replace the existing players who will then want to leave as they are now backup. I woudl rather bring in players as backup, give them a chance and if they prove themselves, they get the shirt.

OK, I stand corrected. Personally I don't speak until I am sure their form is long term. Ulloa has impressed me every time. Vardy is perpetual motion and we need that 'duracell' style of his. Mahrez can blow hot and cold, agreed, but he seems to have it in his locker.
-
Surely he wouldn't come back to a club in the south now. Family man, kids in school etc. If he would, then yes, come back to our bench and push Pelle. I think there may still be a little left in his legs.
-
First names I have suggested, dumbass. They have been good all season. I had Ulloa on my list when he was at Brighton. We were linked with Vardy when he was at Fleetwood IIRC. Mahrez has impressed all season. They would slot into our play backfilling for Pelle, Long and Tadic - similar styles of play.
-
Read what I wrote, I explained in that!
-
It wouldn't be hard to bring it in and yes, I would do it. A referee has to refer it to a TV assistant linesman. Said person can also flag it up to the ref through his earpiece where he can - "ref, it was OUTside the area, no penalty". Of course it would be hard to administer, but it being difficult should not be used as a reason to not even try it.
-
I'd like Ulloa, Vardy and Mahrez off Leicester - job lot - to replace/cover Pelle, Long and Tadic.
-
Davis Clyne Fonte Toby Bertrand Reed Wanyama Davis Mane Tadic Pelle 2-0 Leicester, sadly.

There was a piece on SSN earlier this week where a reporter was asking "are you up to the job?" Pearson counters "are you saying I'm not up to the job?" Answer : "people are saying you're not up to the job". I can't find that interview now, but I think that is where Pearson gets his frustration from, that the reporter tells him people are saying he is not up to the job.
-
LOL. I did think that as well. Wanted to say 'take it outside'!
-
Agreed, I just stopped it after 6 minutes, it was so hard to watch. What was the reporter's point? He wanted to lecture Pearson. However, I don't know where Pearson gets this 'siege mentality' attitude. Like most, I think Leicester have done as much as they could do with the resources available and exceeded expectation in the last few weeks. I wish them well, except against us.

What do you imagine posters look like?

ALL OF US!!!!! -
Agree. If we have finalised our place with a game or two to spare - that could mean we have cocked up and can only get 7th - then give Gazza a go. Yes, he looked impressive for the U21s.

Just wait til Nigel Farage gets in. There will be NO signings from abroad. "British jobs for British workers" (his attitude, not my views)
