Fully aware there are weaknesses within our team right now. And its not just Alpine, this whole thread is littered with knee jerk negativity, it's there in black and white for all to see. I get just as p*ssed off as anyone on a Saturday when we lose, but I think a touch of realism is needed. This place is started to look like a Spurs board in the fact we have a divine right to finish in Europe from now on. If after 6-8 games things havnt improved then I'll hit the panic button.

What a bunch of bed wetters. This place is a joke. Two prem games in, yes, one defeat, and a draw this evening. Get a grip for god sake. Didn't see too many wet sheets when we cruised past Vitesse barely a couple of weeks ago. Yes we're not playing great, but to write the season off now is a rather childish outlook. It does make for some amusing reading, with all the usual suspect bang on cue, like clockwork. At the same time it is somewhat tedious.

I think Ron is just trying to play it down now to take some of the pressure off the players. Let's face it, it could just be coincidence, but our form has dipped just when the fans, media et all started to take our CL challenge more seriously. In the first half of the season there was little expectation. I think Ron's previous comment about CL qualification has backfired and he knows it.

Has anyone stopped to think about the obvious - Saints reluctantly take Taider on the basis its the only way we get rid of Osw@nker. Taider is obviously not happy here either, then suddenly this new club then come along and say "we would really like Taider and could use him", Taider himself loves this as he gets to go home, saints no longer have to pay his wages and gave a player they dont want anyway. At the same time Inter still keep Tiader of the wage bill - All 3 clubs win. Dont see the issue here at all.
