Oh yes he does. What is he trying to achieve with his set ups? I ask this after every games that he takes charge of and I’m no closer to an answer. What is he trying to achieve? He took over on a hiding to nothing. Nobody expected anything but we just wanted to give it a go. To go down with all guns blazing.

Every team wants to keep the score down but that is not achieved by packing your own penalty area and vacating the rest of the pitch. “Attack is the best form of defence” applies to football as much as to anything. ”Showing ambition“ doesn’t mean that we have to take risks. We just need to give the opposition something to think about.

A lack of confidence in him.

And Stephens just stood there and watched him.

There was a debate to be had but it wasn’t had. An in/out referendum was not the way to settle anything. -
CHDAJFU ?

Their reserve teams of course. As long as they put out their reserves against us next season we’ll be fine ☺️

We played it in its purest form. Never going anywhere near the opposition goal.

Same with Bednarek.

Otherwise called ‘going nowhere’

Yep start from the back.

They deserve a load of clap.

It has turned into background coverage in sports bars.

That article is very vague about ‘interfering’ and the IFAB instructions about the interpretation of the Law change more often than the direction of the wind and to be honest Bertrand is a lot more central in that photo than I remember. This was 2017 of course. Once upon a time there wouldn’t even have been a debate about it.

If Sulemana did put him on his arse he’d only turn back and give him another chance.

That’s now.

Bertrand was offside.

Not enough. Although the original debt has recently been paid off. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c9w8xzvxz1lo

It’s not FA greed. They need the money to pay for its construction.

If we sit back and try to defend eventually we crack. Constantly trying to keep the ball out of our net causes mental and physical tiredness.

Yes indeed. And no need for any solar panels!

He’s injury prone.

Indeed. Look through the other end.

Not just THB at fault but the central three were all standing around holding hands. What happened to Bednarek when he got elbowed on the side of his head? It looked nasty to me. I saw his head jerk back suddenly yet no sanctions were taken against their player. The Sulemana incident wasn’t a penalty I’m afraid.
