I think those with all the clever suggestions about what Pinnacle should do should just let these guys get on with what they have been doing and stop being so melodramatic. Do some of you not honestly think they have not considered every angle and every consequence of each move with the FL???? Of course they have. They obviously believe they have issues they can deal with that in the long term will benefit the club they are purchasing and those benefits will be passed on to the fans if they stand their corner. Let these guys do what they have to and have faith that they are having good advice from their solicitors and those around them. I trust MLT and his body language tells me this takeover will happen. Keep the faith. COYR!!!!

Just seen Matts interview on Sky and he states that a couple of legal matters have only been made aware to them in the last 48 hours???? What the hell are the people trying to sell our club playing at?? Does not seem a very professional way to go about business by not telling your prospective buyer all the info and then tell them something really important just before they are about to complete. Everyone that has any involvement in our club seems to have goneto ammatuer school!

Ok i'm assuming thats tongue in cheek and no one is any the wiser? The reason i mentioned the New Zealand (sorry not Canadian) connection is that i know for a fact that the guy who was connected with Saints was in Southampton last week with 4 of his business associates. His luxury 150ft yacht came into Southampton. He stated he was here to pick parts up for his helicopter??? Just seemed strange a Millionaire thats been linked with Saints should be in Southampton at the same time Pinnacle are trying to close the deal!!! Maybe something, maybe nothing. Someone will no doubt put me right and tell me i'm barking up the wrong tree.

Can someone enlighten me and update as to who it is that is rumored to be buying Saints? I haven't really been keeping tabs on what has been going on but as far as i understand this Pinnacle group are just the front for someone behind the scenes....is this correct??? I heard a Canadian Millionaire had been bandied about as a possible?? Anything in this??

LOL, I wish i had been there yesterday just for the fun at the end of the game with the local plod. In defense of the Police, they had no option but to come and ask questions and seek a culprit,......the aggrieved car owner made an official complaint and as such the Police were duty bound to respond and as according to the aggrieved the culprit/s was still at the scene they would have responded pretty much immediately if they had officers to spare....and on a Sunday afternoon they would have. I can tell you for certain, the last thing they would want to do is pursue the matter. They have far better things to do with their time. Unfortunately in this mad world of political correctness and victim focus the officers had no choice but to get a statement from Baj just so they can at least say to the aggrieved they have done their bit. If this goes any further i'll personally email the Chief Constable and ask him if we are all about to prosecute anyone playing sport that accidentally damages something.....given that there is a massive fence surrounding the playing area. NO CASE TO ANSWER HERE!

From having spoken to Van der Waals it was my impression that Poortvliet was introduced to Lowe by Van der Walls. When we spoke he talked about Lowe's failure to get his man in before (WOTTE) Reading between the lines Poortvliet was a compromise for whoever Lowe was trying to placate....Michael Wilde???? I very much think LOWE now has who he wanted all along!!!
