I still think this will go to the wire, there are more twists and turns to come. Nothing wrong with believing we can do it but lets not fall into the trap of over confidence, this is Saints after all I think Nigel is doing a fantastic job keeping the team focused and grounded. We can only concentrate on our games and not what our opposition are doing. The golden goose is tantalizingly close.

personally i can not see a problem with wanting to know who is going to be in the building be it health and safety or anything else. However the club could do with employing someone that can use a computer!

Oh the irony of Portsmouth complaining about some honest factual remarks. Bet they are not in a hurry to tell anyone which Championship club is helping them out by paying an extremely important bill.....NO OF COURSE THEY WON'T!

Loaning their players out to Portsmouth is one thing and obviously does not breach any league rules.....however paying Portsmouths bills, YES PAYING THEIR BILLS!....I can not believe there are no football league rules being broken by West Ham doing this!

Out of interest does anyone know if any league rules are being breached if another Championship club are found to paying/helping out Portsmouth financially?

Le Tiss only ever missed 1 pen during his career. Rickie has an excellent record and is up there with the best but Le Tiss is/was the best!

After the season we have had and the Premiership now being a real possibility would you be happy with a playoff place???.....Personally i dont want to go through that lottery and feel our best chance to go up is through one of the top two spots. Given this scenario then i think Saturday is a must win game because i hate to say it but you just know Warnock will have his Leeds side totally fired up by the time we face them......if we fail to win either of our next two games we will suddenly be under the most enormous pressure to get one of the top 2 places. C'mon you Saints, you can do this!

Anyone that knows me will know i dont post that often and when i do its because i have been told something by a reliable source or i have witnessed something for myself. I have it on very good authority that there was a recent dressing room bust up between Adkins and 2 players he was having a go at (Guly & De Ridder) Apparently the atmosphere at the moment is not very good. I am sure this happens every Saturday at every ground around the country and hopefully this is nothing to worry about......however it may explain a lot as well. I sincerely hope i am wrong about this and NO i cannot name the source for very obvious reasons.

I can't believe the amount of negative posters on here having a go at the team and especially our talisman Lambert. The whole team need a huge round of applause for going to a team that have the best form in the league at the moment and playing them of the park for large parts of the game in horrendous conditions. I believe we have turned the corner and are playing ourselves back into form.

Ok hands up all of you that saw this coming...ummm no one , thought so. Well life is never boring being a Saints fan is it. This could be either a fantastic turn around or we will be no better off than we were Monday night. My two biggest concerns are that we are not able to get who we want in the transfer market for one reason or another and we have a treatment room that resembles an episode of casualty!

have to say i have tried to keep a balanced mind so far about tonights showing but i'm afraid it has to be said...we now look like a very ordinary mid table team and i can honestly see us dropping down the league table now....it was fun while it lasted:cry:

why do people make such assumptions. What did you think he was going to say? I want out and want to play for Saints? How many times have our fans listened to one of our own players interviews and said "well he would say that, the club still pay his wages!" I personally don't read anything into this statement at all.

It's funny how divided opinions are about Guly. I was firmly in the "he's crap" camp when he first came here. Now i firmly believe in the player and it is obvious NA believes firmly in him from his long run in the side. I watch his performances, his movement, his passes and he is a quality player without doubt in my mind....we are very lucky to have him on our books. I can remember a certain Le Tiss being slated by fans for being lazy and poor at the defensive part of his game but he had pure genius about him when it worked and scored goals that kept this club in the top tier of English football. Guly has the ability to be a class player for us. Those of you that slate him i urge you to give him a chance, his goals just might be the difference between Championship and Premiership football next season!
