I have outside of SMS, but then again those people were quickly despatched by yours truly. Utter morons.

He also offers free advice on moving to Houston and CD interest rates. I love this guy.

I'll add those ridiculous comments to these... I might request we do a sticky on the forum and immortalise these comments Snipped their initial reactions from their forum; http://www.villatalk.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=73612 Check these mongers out;

Yeah, saw that the other day. Would have been a cracking LB to have.

Offical Count: 816 Radio Solent Count: 1,900 Pompey Maths Count: 14,500 #wtfiln

Yeah, good point. Like last season as well! Time to dig out the "whoops you've been accidentally, unfortunately, surprisingly beaten by little ol' Southampton" screensavers...

Which figure did you want -The official count, the Radio Solent count or the Pompey maths count?

This is another great Villa forum thread. Apart from one person, they're pretty much agreed that we're rubbish :-/ http://www.avfcforums.com/topic/13731-match-thread-southampton-4-1-aston-villa-ft/page__st__40

The best comment I've seen on a Villa forum before Saints equalise;

I'm sure Notts County were lucky and the battling, plucky heroes are swimming against the tide. I mean, how can they be "competitive" with only the 3rd, possibly 2nd highest wage bill in the division? If I was an impartial viewer, I'd think Villa were a non-league team. However, with EPL, one defensive lapse (no guesses as to who) and we're 0-1 down. Saints passing has been superb and they've dominated but haven't created anything clear cut. Wouldn't want to compromise that playing style for the ****e Villa "play" though.

Being paid to win by rivals is okay - so says Mr Laudrup

I can no longer laugh at the delusional crap that comes out in that paper... I used to laugh, but the thing is... they (the dfcsbs) actually, genuinely believe it. It's vile.

---------------------K Davis --Clyne------Fonte-----------Hooiveld------Fox ---------Schneiderlin---------S Davis --Ramirez-----------Lallana--------------Lee/Chaplow -------------------Lambert Subs: Gazzaniga, Yoshida, Ward-Prowse, Cork, Chaplow/Lee, Puncheon, Mayuka Besides Ramirez, this isn't one for 17yo's or blooding home debutants.

If we sign Gordon, he'll just be a lankier, younger version of Davis. If a defence wobbles infront of him, he wobbles and makes Carson-esque errors. Yes, a good shot stopper. That's it. We need a strong character in goal. Then again, we need another CB and LB too. Boruc and Mensah would go a long, long way to solving some of the problems.

Hahaha funny you should mention this...

Looks like a Thunderbirds character. It's a yes from me in that case. Maybe Cortese can attach some strings to his hands and mouth and direct the game from the Itchen?
