It doesn't matter how you (Pompey fans) try to spin it, you're still and always will be a corrupt bunch of f()ckers.

Haha... and they're now back to average 15,000 again, despite only being relegated a couple of years ago or so. If you had a stadium the size of Boro's, you'd probably mirror their attendances... and that's doing Boro' as disservice, what with local competition not too far away and a much, much smaller catchment area. You'll have a temporary wave of excitement backed up by increased attendances (like EVERY club who moved into a new stadium; Saints, Derby etc) for a 2-3 seasons and if nothing significant has happened, it'll dwindle back down and return to your genuine hardcore fanbase. In conclusion, you're rubbish fans. 150 to Bolton, 120 to Wigan, 300 to Boro, 200 to Sunderland...

Lol. I can only hope they won't be meeting in the car park owned by one of the child maimers... after all, he's probably land mined it by now.

Some guys get all the luck

Why doesn't he just drop the ego and give them a call? Does it really matter who calls who? It's childish. Surely, if you are that loyal and passionate you'd just get on with it and ask, not wait around like a schoolboy waiting be asked to the Prom. Just MO.

Everyone alludes to his attitude but I've heard him say absolutely nothing about Saints that has been derogatory. He acknowledged that he wasn't having the best of times here in that infamous TalkSport interview (in which he was accused, on here by some, of slagging off the club) and sounded thoroughly professional. Since he was loaned out, I can find nothing in which suggests that he was a complete t0sspot. The only incident I can recall is his benching and subsequent walkout at Tranmere - but by then the fans with the littlest of minds had already decided that he wasn't for them. If anything, Chamberlain has since been much more unprofessional. Good luck Punch, you might be given a bit more slack elsewhere.

Likewise. Good shout on the round, Hatch.

Hopefully someone will roast your rotten corpse of a club, once and for all. Oh, what a shame that'd be.
-
How on God's earth have you justified the need to crow about 19,000 (of which a third were Chelsea fans) home crowd for a friendly fixture when we've outsupported you home and away for the past 2-3 seasons? Don't forget... Bolton, Boro, Wigan, Sunderland, Villa away, where your "massive" club took between 150-350 supporters on each trip. Lmfao. You lot will cling at anything; Saints in massive debt, Markus a Nazi etc etc...

Only 300 odd FIFA-related delegates to go then!

Predictions, opinions? Also, any idea on free streams...

She really, really needed help.

I'd rather see Cortese paid that than any of the revolting freeloading that was commonplace during our previous directorships - and for nothing in return over the past twenty plus years (Lowe's achievements aside).

I thought it was Daniel until I looked at this thread. Was disappointed to see it wasn't Daniel but I'm equally delighted it's Steven! He is a natural winger, clearly, and he's got the posture of some sort of David Bentley/Arjen Robben/Adel Taraabt hybrid with the way he runs, dribbles and crosses. Would love to know what the fee was... Now get Dan as well, please!...

I just don't see the purpose of reducing the subs bench. Actually, it's annoyed me. I wonder if players get a "bonus" for being named in a match squad and twitchy chairmen voted to reduce it...
-
Oh well, another thing to change on the FM Editor I 'spose. Still, it's annoying as if you can fill your subs bench, then why not? I suppose it gives the fish****3rs more of a chance though now that they're opponents subs are reduced.

The only top-level professional sportsman I can think of in recent times to have come out is Steven Davies, Surrey and England wicketkeeper. Thankfully, cricket isn't a hotbed of knuckle-dragging homophobia so apart from a few sledges and wisecracks, I doubt he'll get much stick, so to speak. I'll always remember this slightly cringeworthy Ian Bell interview though; http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/cricket/9409211.stm

Lmao @ that comment. lmao at the 150 best supporters of the worldTM at Boro, Sunderland, Bolton, Wigan and probably a fair few of the other northern-based Premier League games they played. And lmao at 250,000 on Southsea common... unless they were counting extra fingers and toes as supporters.

This I agree 100% with. Puncheon actually said much less and was lynched.....

Looks very Athletic Bilbao, actually. Anyway, it's quite nice... hate red socks though!

I'm certainly not one to get on my high horse about anything but to have us alluded to and the skate b4stards played out as a helpless victim of foreign ownership is nothing short of c()ntish. Either tell the proper story, or not at all. Don't hint at things, especially not dodgy foreign ownership - something we're most definitely not subject to.
-
How the feck did we get mentioned as a concern and the Pompey fans as poor, downtrodden club-loving folk who had no idea their rotten corpse was being ATM'd by a shady owner/gang-raped by a consortium of crooks?

-------------- Cork ----------- Morgan ------------- Chamberlain ---------- Lallana ---------------- Holmes ----------------------Lambert------------------ Three of the four "attacking" players are more than capable of chipping in around 50 goals between them and Holmes would likely, if fit, give us a huge spark in creativity that we sometimes lacked at points last year. Then there is Fonte and Jaidi, who shouldn't be bet against for getting 5-10 goals between them themselves... ...or am I being too optimistic?

They're so incomparably thick.
