I think that would be funny if it was sung at some of the worst grounds we go to!

Another one for Golac.

The character Robin Tripp from the 70's (?) sitcom Man about the house was a Saints fan.

My condolences to all the Liebherr family. Thank you Markus For giving Saints fans their pride back Chris Hawkins.

I'm sure most papers buy their pic's from freelance photograthers anyway, that's why you see the same photo's in all or most of the papers of the same subject. So why not pay Saints instead of someone who is only trying to earn money out of Saints.

Nick Holmes daughters boyfriend said Nick will be there. -
Richard Branson asked Peter Storey if he could put it to the Poopsmuff board about Virgin sponsoring them. One week later he got back to Branson and said no. Do you mind if I ask why not, said Branson. Storey replied, how can we have Virgin on pur shirts when we get *****ed every week.

Lawrie Mac judged goal of the season that year. He gave it to a goal that was almost the same as Golac's. He said he wanted give to Ivan but couldn't because people would say he was biased. Some great memories came flooding back watching that. -
http://www.andoversound.com/pages/extranet/your-snow-photos-i-4502.php Good pic about 1/3 the way down.

The lowest team possiable at home. I'd rather we went as far as we can and become the nations favourite underdog then get knocked out by a "big club" in the early rounds.

Poopsmuff 1-0 down.

I've an autographed (about 10 players) 2003 cup final programme. How much do you think that's worth?

Loads to choose from but, I think you could do a lot worse then having Alan Ball directing play from center of the midfield.

Another lazy peice of journalism about saints

"And just five minutes later Connolly effectively booked the 1977 Cup winners' place in round " So Connolly now plays for Man Utd! When was the last time they played in the first round? -
And Saints were int the final the year before and after (1900 & 1902) while in the same division as Spurs.

Ian Baird, Graham Baker,Paul Bennett, Martin Chivers, Tim Coak, Roger Fry, Nick Holmes, Mike Judd, Wayne Pratt, Dave Puckett and John Sydenham were all Saints players born in Southampton in my time as a regular. The most famous Southampton born players was probally Ted Drake, who scored 7 goals in one game for Arsenal against Villa, and Martin Chivers who went to Spurs for then a record fee of £125,000 ( a weeks wages for some now). All facts supplied by Gary Chalk and Duncan Holley so don't blame me if anyone else knows different.
