Moulin Rouge is in Pigalle and it is bloody rough,if you are up for prossies and porn then fine. I stayed in Monmarte which is right by the Bassillica Sacre cour (sp),it is vibrant and an exciting place and you can get the Funnicular back down into the streets of paris itself.
