We have,or should I say Cortese,have unearthed a possible star in Pochettino. we look fantastic,everything that was missing under Adkins seems to have been addressed. the last couple of games,Everton,Wigan,United,and today,we have made the opposition look very ordinary. we could be on the verge of something very special under the new regime. you have to admire what Cortese has done,from the moment he entered the building as a club we are on a sound footing and in more than capable hands. the players appear to have a new lease of life under Pochettino,a new desire and work ethic it seems.a timely boost for the run in. we have some very talented individuals at the club,they seem to be playing more as a team under Mauricio.

Adkins was a busted flush as soon as we got to the prem,he was never going to cut it. great at lower leagues but tactically inept when up against the higher echelon of football. probably a nice fella but not good enough to take us forward. superb decision by Nicola....he saw it,I saw it from the off. Adkins was never a longterm solution. and thank god we don't have to listen to his post/pre match interviews and sound bites......he was a laughing stock. it was worth getting all the ****e from many on here and I believe I was right in slating Adkins.....shame so many was taken in by him.

in a nutshell. other sides have attempted to strengthen...although some have gone overboard. it has been obvious for sometime we have very little of any quality,let alone Premiership quality,to come in to cover injuries or suspensions. concerning to say the least,IMO.

Wow,just caught up with 'The Following'.....sky Atlantic. second episode tonight. just saw the pilot on catch up and this looks damn fine. Kevin Bacon,James Purefoy. from the writers of scream....and you can tell as it keeps you guessing who are part of Purefoys Serial Killer cult followers. thankfully no rediculous cliche stuff ala Scream. Gory and suspenseful and the occasional switches in time line make it engrossing. i sense shocks and more surprise on the way. sky Atlantic did well with Boardwalk empire...this could be great also. roll on 10 pm.

Quite simply it's the most incredible thing in the world. my son has just a few days ago turned 7.....the time goes by so fast,enjoy every moment. taking him to his first saints game was just wonderful. capture every moment. i would have Been happy with either a boy or girl,just as long as they were healthy,but I think deep down having a boy has been so perfect. I'm sure it would have been the same if it was a girl,guess I won't know as I doubt I will have more. we do 'gang up' on his mum,which is great fun. i trust you are in a stable relationship,if you are a 'single dad' everything changes,adapting is difficult and painful. but for the little ones sake you have to just get on with it. i won't turn this positive thread into something it isn't,but the way fathers are treated when relationships break down is quite simply appalling,from the CSA to the stigma just commonly attached to being a dad that just dearly want contact with their child but struggles for fairness. you just wait till your nippers first school show or nativity,there isn't a dry eye in the house,magical. they make you so proud everyday. good luck,enjoy the ride,you won't laugh or cry so much.

Much more pressing the opposition very evident. the fact a few looked knackered ,infact if you could lip read ...lambert actually said that when he won a corner in the last few minutes,we could have pushed on. just show our fitness levels under Nigel were below par....hence always sitting further and further back towards the end of game....invariably leading us to concede.

For some reason,after seeing Pottichino interviewed,my confidence has been drained somewhat. Even the interpreter seemed to be needing and waiting for help from Google translate app.

so very,very true. very dismayed with our transfer policy under Adkins.signed,or got loans in that are just not up to it....considering how many times we were told we were preparing for the premier league.

again. nowhere near showing he is worth the hefty price tag. very disappointed with him thus far,especially with all the fan fare of his arrival.
