Bread sauce is a must. lardons of Pancetta in with the sprouts sauté off and at the last moment add some chopped chestnuts. Glazed honey roasted parsnips. roast the spuds in goose fat,add a crushed hand of garlic and Thyme into the roasting tin also. nothing revolutionary,but adds something nice.
