I personally didn't think he would have been privy to the goings on at SFC,especially the in depth knowledge he seemed to have...he had quite an audience,quite an opportunity to slightly over exaggerate. I'm glad you like my posts/threads.......you have always contributed greatly.

I did not hate Adkins,I just wanted what was best for saints...in the long term,I knew he was not going to be here in the long term. i cannot hate someone I don't personally know.....hearing things I did helped me form an opinion of the man,he didnt help himself at times.....this was all confirmed by a chance meeting with Pearce. which in turn made me dig my heels in and oppose all the people that so staunchly defend every decision,every soundbite. He could do no wrong,according to so many....I thank him for what he did during his tenure,I sincerely mean that....but he made an awful lot of mistakes,both on the field and behind the scenes. which in my view would have undone the work he did,and other that had put so much effort in getting us on our feet and on the up. Onto Alex Pearce....don't touch him with a barge pole. i can live with being a 'goon'.....if I stick to my principles.

This is the same Alex Pearce who told me how much Adkins was not going to last at SFC and was disliked by many. i can't be arsed to find the thread I started on the matter.....it was met with the usual derision on here.

Really would like to see the players manage a lap of honour this season. pitch invasion if we had achieved promotion,getting into Europe or avoiding relegation......but,although surviving in the Prem will be an achievement it does not merit a 'on the pitch jolly' . lets celebrate the players achievements this season,and show our gratitude....they will appreciate that more than having to sprint for cover and waving from the Itchen stand.

Portsmouth football club....meh **** em. they got off lightly,I agree.....which is wrong....so very wrong,considering their misdemeanours. Southampton is all that matters,and the only thing I truly care about. the skates do disgust me,all that they have done,the delusional fans etc..etc.... but I can do nothing...but support Southampton FC.

I had immense fun last night having 'banter' with some of the blue few on twitter last night. incredibly some of them truly don't get what they have done,from shafting HMRC,Local Business,Charities,failed to service a CVA...with another one to come....and so on. they just Throw back their supposed incredible support....they were blown out of the water with every tweet. they just can't be told that they don't own the club...they have a share,well almost. The only thing we do agree with is...they got away with all the mismanagement quite lightly. im furious...they are rejoicing....something's not right with that.
