Sharp and Lambert should not be sold under any circumstances. Both have a big role to play this coming season. I will gladly give De Ridder a lift to his next club however.
-
Sharpe scores after a terrible mistake by the ref in giving a deliberate back pass. Puncheon scores a beauty. 3 nil saints.

Will be kind of funny if he is ****e. he doesn't adapt the the premier league, quelle surprise. his temperament is awful, nothing strange for a south American.

Breaking News,Ramirez fails his medical, due to having to carry Nigel Adkins back to the drawing board.
-
Not desperate to be proved right, quite the opposite. but good 'old smiley Nigel was/is way out of his depth. tactically out thought on many an occasion, remember Reading defeat, amongst others.we almost threw our advantage away. good luck to the fella, but he was never going to cut the mustard. i have heard so many horror story's about him,no wonder Corteses want rid. shame really,he could've had a bright future. turn it around nige, would love to see you prove others wrong.

Adkins will take us down. he was never the manager to take us forward. he has showed how frail he is these past couple of seasons. when the time has come ,he has failed. hes been backed, but we have limped over the line. he could never manage a side in the premiership, way beyond his capabilities. hes out of his depth.

They look swish and comfy, would be great as my new gaming chair:)

When/if this transfer comes off one thing it shows that is SFC is in the best shape it has been in for years. if it does not come to fruition,so be it.when was the last time we were so close as signing someone of this calibre. Attempting to pursuade someone of his ilk,and it appears we did pursuade him to join, shows our ambition and transfer policy is spot on.
-
Should make for an interesting last few days of the transfer window. Atleast SFC are linked to trying to get players in instead of all and sundry heading for the exit door ,as per recent transfer windows prior to the Leibherr/Cortese reign.

This is my take on it. Chainrai being a major creditor theoretically was going to pull the plug (liquidate) to stifle what any small chance PST had of taking over. he slates the PST bid publicly, tries to appear as the saviour as the only other option was liquidation.......in fact he was,as creditor, going to liquidate the club himself.

QPR agree to take centre back Ricardo Carvalho on loan from Real Madrid. imo, that is a very good move for them. my concerns over transfer activity, especially in this position is ever increasing.
-
Out of his depth,or just playing out of position ? we are yet to see the best of him,in pre season or yesterday.
-
Well done Nigel Adkins. a very well thought out and considered approach against Man City. just one gripe,Jay Rodriguez is not a wide player. he was non existent yesterday.
-
Bloody good. well done nige, when you made the subs. just need a couple of pieces to complete the jigsaw. ultimatley I am surprised how well we did..

We should have our own right to make the choice of when we wish to die. the fact that we have to consider what prison sentence those we leave behind is going to suffer if they aide us is wrong. i cannot imagine what it must be like to have 'locked in syndrome'but it is our the choice of the individual that should be taken into account.

Reference the Illuminati, look no further than the Bilderburg group. Whatever people may think of David Icke, yes I know some outrages claims made by him, when I went to one of his conferences out of curiosity what he said made an awful lot of sense. Problem is he has been labelled a loon so his beliefs were dismissed ref the illuminati. his talk prompted some serious questions. We are all pawns and play things for the Bilderburg group and the illuminati, although they are almost one of the same.

Mmm,St Neil.....hello mr Allen?

It's been bloody marvellous. took my boy to London to soak up some of the atmosphere last week,Hyde park live was truly brilliant. he has not stopped going on about wanting to be a swimmer, ride his bike, play tennis. this is what the games is about. we as a nation need to grasp this and leave a real legacy for the youngsters of this great event. from the opening cerermony,to the events,to the closing ceremony.....I am proud. couple of my friends have been gamesmakers, they have done an incredible job. the atheletes from all nations have given their all it seems to make theses game fantastic. well done team GB.

We are going to walk this league As per the last couple of seasons a lot of talk from the powers that be at the club reference ambition, infrastructure,'playing football The right way'...yet we fell short,we got over the line each time, but limped over that line at the final hurdle. this season is a huge opportunity to push on and establish ourselves as a premier league club, not one of those yo yo ones either. I hope we do not find the premier league one hurdle too many, but I fear for us. failure could mean huge damage to the club,by failure I mean relegation obviously. this season will show our real credentials at fulfilling what the fans have have been fed since the new regime took charge. was it all bluster,or are they serious. im not overly optimistic, but perhaps reigning in my hopes is a good thing.

What's the lowest points tally reached at the end of a premiership season? Might be worth a wager.

I can only post 3 times over a 24 hr period. i have no reason to disbelieve him, couple this with the alleged verbal 'sacking' of Adkins,on more than one occasion I might add.not sure what he has to gain by speaking about the working relationship between NA and NC,I did not bring that up.it was almost his opening sentence our conversation which took me back somewhat. he alluded that after we lost to reading at home at the back end of last season was almost the final straw for NA. post match heated discussions where quite we're audible to many also. i won't broach it anymore.my supposed perceived 'agenda' against Nigel clouds many posters ability to read correctly it seems. that is not aimed at yourself.
-
Is it not possible then ? Why not?you are in the dispel any possibility that there could be a rift camp I see. could he not know via a third party? This illustrates perfectly what is wrong with this forum nowadays.
-
As I stated just a few week ago,I had fairly comprehensive conversations with a particular Reading player who's opening line was that Adkins was walking a tightrope. Of course this was dismissed by many on here. however he was adamant about this. Perhaps there was some truth in what he was saying. perhaps not,but i did not dismiss it so easily as some.

He has been for a substantial amount of time already.
