k and that my friend is the point being missed by the adkins out at all costs brigade. a couple of canny signings in defence early january and we will have a really decent side. the second half of the season is our chance to stay in the prem with adkins. i think we will be discussing adkins loyalty about whether he should take that bigger job. oh the irony.

with the players we have available, what formation would you play that ultimately changes our side into a winning team? im not sure we anyone would be able to do much with the back four and as such is pretty pointless to make a change. a couple of decent defenders sigend in january and the side would look far more balanced and far better than bottom 3 material imo. the question is whether NC has an itchy trigger finger. personally id keep adkims for the entire season regardless of results as i feel the team is in transition as it evolves into a prem side. i just hope we stay in touch untill jan.

how utterly embarassing ? although to be fair the senior players playing tonight will hopefully get no game time in the first team at all this season. saying that guly will obviously get a game from the bench if we take the lead in a game

interesting that he is wrong because he had achieved wuth a high budget, does that not equally apply to adkins? for what its worth i think we should make a decision today and stick with it. Nc needs to stick or twist but not dawdle for weeks until change is too late. i would keep until the end of the season regardless personally but if he does feel a change is the right move do it know to give the max chance of success.

Im not sure if its lack of premier league experience more like premier league ability. across the whole back 5 i would struggle to suggest any are premier league quality at the moment. Thats not to say they wont be ( clyne and gazza have potential) but foe me fox, jos and fonte are a little out of thier depth.

oh come on, yoshida is a left footed centre back playing at right back. he has no right foot other than to balance on. imo he did ok defending although offered nothing going foward and gave the ball away with his right quite often. filled in ok. jay rod imo is far happeir and better in the middle amd started to get some confidence back. chappers came on to double up when richardson came on and was ok. taking off sir rickie just invited fulham to kick on and wasbthe faux pas of the decade. you could see it a mile off that they would get back in the game after he went off.
