I would fully support the reinstatement of Birmingham City in the semi final if Pompey go under. Swindon lost 4-0 at home to Bristol Rovers today. Huddersfield lost too. Millwall only got a point. Chance to close the gap blown for sure and very disappointed. But glass half full view is we haven't lost any more ground and (if we win our game in hand, we're 12 points off 6th with 12 games to go. Very achievable, and not dissimilar position to before the Tranmere game. Will be 'back on' with most on here if we turn over Leeds and Swindon at SMS in our next two league games....

What a performance, what a result. Only 11 points off the play offs (if we win our game in hand on Millwall) with 14 games to play. It's certainly possible to get on a run off the back of a result like that. We have a few turnip fields to visit yet though so we just need to take each game as it comes. Can we do it? Big yes. It's possible still, but highly unlikely. The more it becomes likely, the more we'll feel the pressure. Ask me again if we win the next 5 on the bounce...

As I said on the preview thread: Play offs are gone. No pressure. All the pressure on Norwich. We are probably the better side. I think we'll win. Wins now will be good for getting some momentum together for next season.

Decent performance and consensus is scoreline flattered the Fish Botherers. Remember we're going to Wembley - they're not, they're not. And we can pay for the petrol and have enough left over to pay for the fumigation of our stadium after their visit.
