That was ****ing awful just as bad as the worse crap served up last season. As soon as I saw the front line I knew we'd struggle zero pace. I can't come up with one positive about tonight. Still as a lot of posters kept telling me last season cup finals are no big deal and not an achievement so there's nothing to get upset about...

He got kicked in the nose by a welsh bloke and has been crap ever since...
-
Sat at SMS thinking 15 quid was to much for this game. Saints are crap wolves even worse. Tadic and Pied are particularly **** tonight. Boufal and McQueen our best two players in the first half.
-
Is this payback for Tommy Fourpast....
-
We didn't really though did we? While he clearly wasn't everyone's cup of tea he still maintained us as a top ten side and got us to a cup final.

Other Premier League Transfers - Deadline Day
doddisalegend replied to Lighthouse's topic in The Saints
Great news. -
I rate McQueen as the better player so not unhappy with that.
-
He got sent off playing for Arsenal's under 23s the other day after a sparking a mass brawl he's a busted flush that clubs are quite rightly steering clear of another English nearly man.
-
Would that be the same Antonio that people on here kept telling us would never be good enough for the championship let alone the PL....
-
I remember Jrod tearing apart MK dons in the cup in Koeman's last season he was basically crap for the rest of the season after that.
-
Long offers something if we set up to play on the counter but that's about it he isn't very effective if he has to work in a crowded opposition box or needs to hold up the ball and bring others into play.

Bit early to say we have two great 1st team players in yet. Not saying they won't be but neither of them have even played a full 90 in a saints shirt. Last season everyone thought Hoj looked decent and Boufal was going to be great and both ended up disappointing. Lets just let the new guys get a few games under their belts before we judge them one way or another.

Interesting that Barca are planning to sue Neymar Barcelona take legal action against Neymar for not fulfilling his contract Barca's complaint relates to Neymar having signed a fresh deal until 2021 in October last year, with the club hoping to recoup his "renewal premium" as well as €8.5m (£7.8m) in damages and a further 10 per cent in arrears. http://www.msn.com/en-gb/sport/news/barcelona-take-legal-action-against-neymar-for-not-fulfilling-his-contract/ar-AAqxMII?li=AAmiR2Z&ocid=spartandhp

Cedric Soares - Official: Loaned to Arsenal
doddisalegend replied to Saint Garrett's topic in The Saints
True but a week before the window closes is not a good time to be finding a replacement. Besides I like Cedric he is a quality right back I'd rather keep him than lose him. -
They were talking about this on talk****e last night apparently city now have an area of the pitch were fans can pay to stand next to the players during the warm up and get autographs and selfies (all for a fee of course) pretty weird if true.

Pretty much this my list of teams I really hate in order is Pompey Spurs Liverpool Never want to see these three teams do well. I'd like nothing more than to see spurs team be ripped apart.
-
oops Morgan sent off for two yellows...
-
Looking at the stats you'd think Everton are the team with 10 men not City.
-
how would you know?
-
Well pretty much every time we get a new player song that finally sticks the club flogs said player. Back when no one wanted our players it was easier to have more songs on the list.

WHU fans love him on KUMB "He should retire. Immediately. And pay back all money earned. Man is a disgrace. Arrogant attitude with zero ability. Slow, lazy, petulant. Just detest the man." http://www.kumb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=167190&start=260

TBF though Bertrand was one of our best players against Swansea last week
-
There was more to both of WHUs goals then losing a header though. For WHUs second Creswell had the freedom of SMS to put in a very good cross which is pretty odd considering we had a man advantage no way should he have had that much space to pick his pass. In both of their goals no one picked up Hernandez allowing him to pick up the second ball Bertrand was embarrassing for the their first goal. Clearly we need to be better in the aerial battles at the back but defending should be a team effort not just down to the CBs.

Goals conceded aren't normally just down to one individual. West Hams first goal had three errors first was the player that let Antonio turn and shoot, second Forster for pushing the ball back into the danger area and then Bertrand for completely failing to track Hernandez after Forsters save. One of the biggest issues in the second half of last season resulting from the loss of VVD and Fonte was leadership and organization in the back 5 we really need a proper captain type in the back line.
