Unfortunately you are almost right.........We did however start under Adkins by playing passing from the back but notably today there was a lot more longer balls. Remember the Tranmere game where Davis didn't punt long once but today it was mostly a long punt again - some short throws out but nothing like it was early under Adkins..........

Go on admit it, who got very worried when at 3.0 down Exeter City still had the awesome Jake Thompson to come off the bench!!!!!!!!! This sums up the gulf between the two clubs. I would say Paul Tisdale has worked some sort of minor miracle getting that bunch of guys to mid table - was there one Exeter player that would have even made our bench?

4 -0 and we hardly seemed to get out of first gear. Suppose we didn't need to........ Davis - 6 A little pannicky on a couple of crosses - but decent enough when needed which wasn't too often! Richardson -4 almost every single time he had the ball he gave it away aimlessly - very poor. Gets a 4 for his defensive display only. Seabourne - 7 Looked ok really. Fonte - 8.5 - very assured - class act. Harding - 8 Tireless running didn't put a foot wrong Schneiderlin - 8 - Not a fan of his but I have to say today he played very well but he did have time on the ball today which Exeter afforded him in truck loads. Chaplow - 8.5 - I love him, so much tenacity and he reads the game so well. Lallana - 9 - Such a terrific player to watch. Chamberlin - 8 - great early on and good later on. Lambert - 8 - incredibly link up play again , very unselfish and unlucky not to score - a real handful for the Exeter defence. Guly - 8 .5 best I've seen him play by a long way - I am being won over.

No not garbage at all - you obviously only watch a game from a distance and don't take in the detail....He is often stood watching the watching the game and day dreams. He ends up standing right next to one of his own players with the game going on around him. He is not perceptive of what is likely to happen next - meaning his anticipation is poor. He will play another dozen games for Millwall before they start to see he that he doesn't affect the outcome of games and becomes a passenger in the team - this will happen. JP is not a player who stays at a club for only for few months for nothing - perhaps he will prove me wrong but I seriously doubt it...

Schneiderlin is very very poor - tired of saying it - not good enough apsolutely not good enough would be better off with Goburn or a another youngster in there until Chaplow is back - Morgan is now carried every game - Hammond is twice the player and Chaplow five times the player!

Derry - complete and utter sense - every word!! You are very well versed in the game and players strengths and weaknesses....If Adkins can't see those very valid points and act on them for the next game then shame on him. I like Adkins footballing passing style but he has to improve his selection of players and continue making the same mistakes - particularly in midfield which clearly is not good enough with MS playing his static role not getting forward or back - we are carrying him so might as well put anyone else in there with more passion and more powerful engine to make runs into space and defend ala Chaplow!!!

Total tosh! Not being picked for England under 21s has not one jot of relevence. I think you will find he has more 'on' days than off! Even on his 'off' days he is pretty nailed on our man of the match - actually 'the' man of the match. Has twice as much skill as anyone else I have seen on the pitch this year - for any team! Morgan can only dream about being as good as AL and he supposed to be wanted by half of Europe and Arsenal ! I am in the Adkins camp - I pay my money mostly to watch talent such as Lallana....Reflect on this - Walcott is a very good player scoring at the highest level on a regular basis - Surman was never that good anyway so comparisons are worthless in that instance.

I think you are trying to justify our result yesterday................The essence is that Brentford and us are worlds apart in terms of resources, backup, money spent on the team and on paper teams - not to mention - similar Carlisle etc........Apart from Chaplow we are still not as good as last year and last year we didn't make it, ok with a ten point deduction but this year the team are not as good in terms on personnel to call on - this is worrying...

Inreresting that you compare two very similar players who both have the same basic problem in that they don't affect games materially....They don't defend, don't attack, don't make assists and don't score..........

You are missing the point! His passes are safe and don't affect a game, they are not 'assists'. His passes are decorative sometimes but affective in terms of the outcome of a game. He doesn't exert himself enough - doesn't bust a gut to get in game affecting place to win a game or prevent us loosing one. The team tend to carry him in short.....
