There is a lot of talk about individuals here.... I we missing the main point thought though...? Apart from Forster who is really not good enough the rest of the team, though not world beaters are suffering from poor coaching. The players are not supporting the man on the ball. In fact quite the opposite ....All we see is misplaced passes because there is no one to pass to.... It's nothing to do with tactics or formations it's to do with players making themselves available to be passed to. It's basics but the players are hiding and the coaches are letting them get away with it! This has been a common theme from the first friendly this season... Christ even Wolves B Team managed it! Lacking in basics is not acceptable, the buck stops at the Managers door on this one, average players or not!

We are not mugs, however we continue to select a goalkeeper who routinely lets in soft goals almost every week! Not mugs? Not so sure....

Two things have stood out player wise over the last year. FF is not good enough and Tadic should be nowhere near a penalty.....

Did I at any stage mention 'glamour' ???? No! Half a dozen games is not enough snd two of those games were against virtual pub teams... We are a proffessional club and three or four games preparation is not enough. The evidence for this is there for all to see with multiple teams and formations right up to one game to play before the real thing.... Are the first eleven going to be prepared? No they are not... The pre season has been inadequate....

Yes and this highlights the huge massive indisputable issue which repeats every year! Our pre season lack of games and lack of decent opposition also... This happens every year and it's laughable now... Yet again we are not prepared.. wth!

True. These days you have to have numbers in midfield. Puel tried two up top later stages of several games - we then completely capitulated in midfield and lost control of the ball from then on. It can't be done and particularly with this squad....

No point in discussing one outfield player the problem is bigger than that....Pardon the pun !!!!

Having watched last night and several videos of pre season Saints in your. Apart from anything else - and there are lots is issues; the players look far too comfortable and 'relaxed' The pace and movement is too slow and the aggression is rather errrr pink! They deserve a rocket up their ass and double training until an improvement is seen. As for FF the fact we still evidently have no alternative to him is criminal, his 'coach' (what the hell does he do all day) should be given his cards, it's a joke that he is still getting away with FFs performances. Sorry bit of a moan but really, we are just coasting to mediocrity....
