Wow-Sheffield Utd were terrible tonight..... Total dross... Wouldn't have thought Nige will last there now..... Shame.... The Southend lad Payne was very decent though and would be well worth a punt...man of the match by a mile...

Alex Chamberlain available in the summer?
captainchris replied to Saint Charlie's topic in The Saints
Has he really turned out to be that good? Often injured and 50/50 whether he is now good enough.... -
Kg And there you again ranting about other posters ...
-
At least I talk about the team ! All you talk about is other posters. Have something to say why don't you.... Perhaps you would enjoy a gardening forum more where you will never have to have an opinion of your own... Find some passion and express it, you might enjoy it!

Good to see Pelle standing still ball watching in training too! I thought he must be a world beater in training to get automatic selection every week after such atrocious performances .... ;-) Mane and Long please.... I suspect his name is already on the team sheet again this week ....

Post-Match Reaction: SAINTS 1-1 Sunderland

Your point about Koeman finding the answer and then asking the question again is spot on. It's as though he forgets what he has tried previously.... His continuous experimenting is really quite bizarre and detrimental to the team cohesion. To only realise now that Pelle is wasting procession time after time is rather admission that he doesn't see the game in any detail. When is Koeman going to realise that Pelle needs coaching in other areas just as urgently? A premier league manager needs to recognise where his successes and failures lie far quicker. Koeman is demonstrating he is not capable of this.... Now I'm not saying get Steve McLaren in but I am saying he is not going to take us where we want to go.... -

Oops, you sound rather touchy and typical of the few that come on here and never have any comment other to rubbish the people who actually do have.... If you are actually blind to Koemans mistakes then that's fine by me... I have no axe to grind with you for that .... -

I am not going to bother to reply to your rather weak justification for disagreeing of my criticism of Koeman over a sustained period of poor management. -

Really don't think that is the main problem. Koeman with randome radical tactical errors and poor team selection is murdering us -
If Gallagher is worse than Pelle he should never have taken up football professionally !!!!

Your lack of decisive objective opinion and altenative is indicative of of a person who blindly follows but never leads .... So toddle off to your cosy unproductive lack of ambition island with your pipe and slippers where success is not in the dictionary. I love the way Happy Clappers have nothing to say except to critique those who do.......

Sorry to say you have attracted the 'never have anything to say themselves' group on here and only criticise posters opinions brigade. Koeman has lost his way. He randomly and radically changed the team for no good reason. He continually repeats experiments that were blatant failures previously. He is either lost, has a bad memory or just clutching at straws. Last night was a disgrace, completely the wrong line up and wrong tactics. Koeman deserves to be seriously question over that debacle.... Koeman has decent players at his disposal here and a decent budget but does not get the most from them. Do the players have any idea what line up there might be next game - no and I fear nor does Koeman. A better manager would get more from this squad. We were murdered last night be a team containing Andrew Surmam who I dare say would not get near our squad let alone the team as is the case with many of the Bournemouth team.... Time to be honest about our Manager's performance not dance around saying all is fine and dandy.....

You can't win games in the Premier League on hope..... I hope you realise that.... :-))
-
Koeman continues to make exactly the same mistakes over and over again. We have tried the three forwards recently and were woeful. We had no midfield when it was obvious to every we needed to flood it !!! Koeman picks the team and tactics just randomly with no thought at all.... It must be very demotivating for the players too... This guy is well off the pace... I know the team were carp but Koeman gave us no chance tonight... There are few words to describe his inept decisions on all levels for this match. He didn't react at the weekend iether when again he was left wanting tactically and team sheet wise.... Very poor indeed .... Poch is in another league as a manager...
-
Sorry Koeman you really have lost it! Rubbish decisions compounded by yet worse decisions still.... Poor management ...
-
The ball has never 'stuck upfront' when kicked to Pelle in case you hadn't noticed... Pelle is not the answer that is one assumption we can tick off.....
-
Having serious doubts about Koeman considering the players he has at his disposal. Too many poor decisions in terms of tactics and personnel ..... He needs to up his game....
-
This is shocking Koeman you are tactically off the pace mate.....
-
What is this bloody line up Koeman? Weird - you are again trying to be clever in a destructive way ... Why? Tactically what is the logic yet again.... We have better individuals so come on sort it out .....
-
Huge surprise - outnumbered in midfield!!!!
-
Well, baffling.... Pelle dropped great but the rest of that random team? Is RK being far too clever again? We have tried Bertrand forward with Yosh in the back three and it didn't work but we have to do that again? Also a weaker midfield with a front three which hasn't been effective.... Bournemouth like to have plenty of the ball in midfield so - we put less bodies in there with no obvious link to the front three? Just odd... If this goes tits up RK will bring Pelle on and pick him every game for the rest of the season..
-
Pitty for the poor lad.... We cheered like Saints had just scored!
-
Completely disagree with you. If he obviously continues to use the pass or flick to nobody and the coaching staff have told him not to why does he still do it AND still get picked? Conclusion is the coaching staff are happy with him. If not, don't pick him!
-
You have to put some of the blame on the coaching staff and RK here. Pelle should be shown how to work and obviously isn't! As for lack of match practice that is total BS he was just as bad when he played every game before his injury. We are poor when he plays and management should be able to see that or we should question them!
