  1. The "Live " thread on the BBC sport website is now even commenting on Lawro's predictions on us. Is anybody here "Dan Cottle" or "Will Marks" ?? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/22037631
  2. Don't forget that Lowe also came with Andrew Cowan. From memory, I think that he was paid as much as Lowe.
  3. I have exactly the same double as you -but with a tenner not £20. We have to look upwards not down.
  4. I agree entirely- the same thought struck me. The way that Cech took the goal kicks, you would have thought they were 3 -0 up and were strolling.
  5. I agree with the OP. The last few minutes did not seem as nerve stretching as when we were 2-1 up against Liverpool. Maybe I am now expecting us to be able to hold onto a lead.
  6. How old are you?
  7. I agree. Jos slipped at the wrong time to give Terry his free header.
  8. That is us 3 pointsbetter than they predicted.... already.
  9. The physio spent a fair bit of time talking to him towards the end of the first half.
  10. Just admit Turkish that your sarcastic, supercilious put down of "we will finish tenth" is now making you look a right t i t. By the way - we have just beaten the current European champions. Shouldn't you be celebrating rather than getting bad tempered and insulting everybody on a "mongboard ?? "
  11. You have been using the phrase "we will finish tenth" as some sort of supercilious put down for some time now. Look at the thread about us finishing on 37 points on 9 March for example. It was your first offering on that thread. You, Kraken, CB Tourettes and before he ran away TDD would use it as some kind of insult for anybody who dared to offer an optimistic view of the future. There is now a distinct possibility that we will finish 10 th. You know exactly what you have been doing, you get picked up on this and are now getting bad tempered. I think it is quite funny. As someone who put a double at the beginning of the season on us finishing tenth and Pompey being relegated, I like to think it is possible. It was a far fetched "longshot" bet at the start of the season. It still probably won't come off but you never know ....
  12. Turkish admit that he was wrong??? You are having a laugh.
  13. A few years ago, both the Director General of the BBC (Gavyn Davies) and the BBC chairman were Saints fans. Mind you , if the Queen & Prince Charles were to snuff it we would be ruled by Villa fans - Cameron and Prince William. God forbid!!
  14. Blimey - he reckons that QPR will lose. Aren't they 6th in the table based on Lawro's predictions??
  15. I agree entirely
  16. Please let him know that most Southampton fans are grateful for him putting his hand in his pocket so magnificently duringthe 2009 summer. Ignore the trolls on here.
  17. Interesting read, Only the Swansea fan needs educating!!
  18. Nice to know that there has been some benefit from your 18,000 posts on this (mong) board ! :-)
  19. .... and it continues today. Dogsh it thick is the latest offering. For your sake CB, please get some treatment.
  20. I do wonder if CB Fry suffers from some sort of Tourette's syndrome.Take yesterday's offerings on this thread for example' This forum has a pathetic, bitter small time mentality.Pingwing is a complete mentalist. Wes Tender is a bellend.Wes Tender is spectacularly dumb. Wes Tender is too dumb to understand the English language.People who disagree with him are spanners. People who disagree with him are the lifeless, dumb brigade. That is just one day's offerings on one particular thread. This is to fans of the same football team that he supports. I dread to think the abuse he would give to fans of other clubs. Let us all hope that he finds the treatment he clearly needs.
  21. Whose contracts will expire in the summer? I know that Forecast's, Dickson's and Chaplow's will (fat chance of getting £100k for him). Would have thought that Seaborne and Forte are at the end of theirs. Doubt that Mayuka's or Lee's will expire. How about anyone else?
  22. West Ham are below Newcastle and as they are on the thread, we should also include West Ham.
  23. Good point. But their next game is at Arsenal. If they wait until after that game as well the new man has 7 games left and according to Redknapp teams on 23 points need 5 wins for safety. A tough task for a new manager.
