I always had my doubts over him tbh. Just struck me as the sort of poster who wants everyone to look at him as he drops little clues...then runs away, without ever revealing anything. Nah, not at all. Just find it a little odd how Adkins was gearing him up to play in the Leicester game and said we'd hear some news last week etc. I think there's been a little complication or an extra thing that's popped up, but I'm not saying it's not going to happen. Just a bit more Patience needed. (and i've had a pretty forgettable start to the year, so my mood may be coming out in posts!!)

The football league has alot to answer for IMO. They should have properly punished them a long time a go, therefore they wouldn't still be repeating the same dirty tricks. How would us bidding for Hooper make them look and say ''Oh no, they're not going to buy rodrquez as they've got another target. Quick, let's sell him to Southampton'' At the end of the day it's not like Rodriquez's price is going to drop, he'll gain value as he gets older. Makes no sense.

It's a huge deal for someone to move to the otherside of the world. Once the workpermit is sorted out there is so much red-tape to go through. i've known someone who's done the opposite before and moved to Australia, and it took weeks. I find it amazing that once again, Alpine is trying to form his opinion from thin air.....we've not organised this well enough. Have you yourself ever moved to the otherside of the world, do you know what hurdles you have to go through? In that case you cannot really say that. He will sign and he'll be worth the wait.

I'd love it if we signed Rodriquez. I've seen him life a couple of times (once live) and he is class, trust me. Touch and tecnique wise he's premiership bound.
