it looks like a two horse race now , but the joiners is losing ground to the Scottish venue which is in the lead. need to spread the word if they're going to win it. it does seem to let you vote more than once which is a bit dodgy though
-
haha boo hoo people taking offense on behalf of others always makes me laugh. you can't say that Turkish ! somebody, somewhere, might be offended!
-
the west Indians in London love a bit of perfect fried chicken , or Dixy friend chicken , or southern fried chicken , not so much KFC for some reason , kids at school would go mad for it climbing over the school gate at lunchtime to get a portion of wings and thighs , they'd openly admit it was a family favourite.
-
do you know when the vote closes ? what do they get if they win? I'll vote now good luck to them, saw the vaccines there few months ago , good venue
-
I find your lily livered moderating offensive , almost worth asking for refund on the £5 fee if we're going to be dictated to by you
-
disgusting trolling from pap posting with smiley faces thinking he's clued up enemy of the media catching them out with his lack of blood investigation. it's clear what happened here , stop the wind up. bet you don't want to address the real issues at hand .
-
if you're a family of 4 you'd be mad not to buy in the family section , compared to those prices
-
I'd have to spend £300 in the megastore for the discount to offset the increase in price can't see it being the case for many!!
-
£575 to £604 increase of £29 at 5% behind the goals , still greedy in my opinion. will be interesting to see match day prices , I can see Cat A games going up a lot
-
you'd hope less reliance would be put on ticket revenue with tv income being so high , I did think on Sunday if the players had put that bit more effort in to get the win we could have got another £1.5M from finishing a couple of places higher up the league , it makes you wonder is it really good business practice to squeeze a loyal customer base for more cash when the net result in income doesn't make much difference. southampton has seen big job losses in a number of main employers so people will be impacted by price rises.
-
I support the team home and away mate since the early 80s, did so before cortese and will do such afterwards , he's just an employee , he is NOT the club , he does.nt own the club. it is NOT his club (aka baby)
-
cortese is an EMPLOYEE on a contract. if he leaves there is nothing to say he can't be replaced. if Pochettino wants to show loyalty to cortese and not the club then so be it. if you join a company then the boss you like leaves you at least wait to find out who your new one is going to be before having a strop and saying "wait for me Nicky I'm coming with you"
-
good propaganda mush but Clotese is NOT the club , if players want to be loyal to him and not the club / fans then fine , see you later. the club will not end with cortese
-
exactly he can f*.ck off then and follow Nicola around clearly he's not here because managing saints means anything to him. just working for a rich banker who's recruited him
-
we have a winner ! I'll join in with that on Sunday
-
fair play if we do take 2000 up there on a Sunday , quite a difference from when I last went on a Monday night in January 2003 when we won 1-0 and had about 150 fans there. hard game to call I think, if we play like we did at Spurs and actually take some of our chances I think we'll win but just doesn't seem to be happening for us at the moment so I'm going for a 0-0 draw. don't think our suspensions will affect us too much with Shaw in for Fox anyway but Sunderland seem to be missing some of their better players , Fletcher , Gardner , Sessegnon who else is out ?
-
trust me spurs can have one of this very best home atmospheres .at white hart lane , just very quiet against us today
-
this season has seen a growth in the number of pubs showing every single saints game live , quite a few people I know go down there have a couple of pints while watching the game and have an afternoon out for a tenner, can see more people doing that if prices go up. I've cut back on away games that way. have been saving up each month and will have £600 by mid July so hoping it's not more than that.

Mauricio Pochettino: The Argentine at Southampton with big plans
JRM replied to thornhill_saints's topic in The Saints
haha so true mate , those wonderful childhood memories of wanting to be just like the heroic chairman ! -
not sure , give his Dad a ring and see what he says !
-
sure you're not thinking of Northumberland Park ? Tottenham Hale is a good 20-25 min walk
-
RIP top saints defender from my early match going days , fondly remember his goal at Wembley in ZDS cup final and he scored the other great goal in the 4-1 thrashing of Norwich when Le Tiss scored a hat trick in 1989/90
-
got a feeling this will be like Arsenal away back in September , Spurs will be up for it and really attack us and I'm not sure we have the fight for a game like that now. 5-2 Spurs is my prediction
-
sort of mug who makes himself useful on a Saturday night while his Mrs watches Ant & Dec probably gave him a sense of purpose colouring players in
-
if you don't know the answer to that you're wasting your time at football. go and support London Irish home and away
