it is a good point. perhaps those on here who have tickets through club wembley could confirm if there was a deadline by which tickets had to be purchased. it would make sense if any unsold through the club wembley membership at the end of this week went onto public sale.
-
maybe. but that still doesn't detract from my point that Millwall were given extra tickets last year, so to suggest we would not get more because of "fans reputation" is clearly bonkers

FAO Those planing on buying JPT Tickets from Carlisle...
JRM replied to Michelle's topic in The Saints
they clearly didn't think this through as seen on here quite a few have already bought tickets in the Carlisle end. what is interesting is last year in the league one play off final as S****horpe had sold so few tickets they were able to increase the millwall allocation to 49,500 Millwall currently hold the record for the largest single teams support at Wembley, previously held by Bristol Rovers. -
it should be possible to give us more tickets, Millwall had 49,500 last year for play offs http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/news/Millwall-fans-claim-Wembley-record-Bristol-Rovers/article-1011164-detail/article.html

Completely ridiculous post. There is no connection between any perceived chance of trouble (with saints) and not giving us more tickets. It will be down to the health and safety of the ground which would be the same regardless of what team. I think Millwall got more tickets for the play offs last year, which clearly makes your argument incorrect. http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/news/Millwall-fans-claim-Wembley-record-Bristol-Rovers/article-1011164-detail/article.html and last time a league table of arrests at football was published, with bans, we were nowhere near the top of it. saints have one of the softest supports going.

what is the point of that if they cannot be sold on to saints anyway?
-
if enough saints congregate together in the carlisle end they might even put us all into one block, like Exeter did with Saints in the home end
-
so you could still buy more seats at the saints end of club Wembley and sell them on to other fans face value? just a suggestion for some on here who might miss out on a ticket
-
why are people posting saying they need tickets when you just need to call up the club and buy them? they are on general sale
-
strange how this club wembley works, as your company is a member do you just call up, quote the membership number and they sell you the tickets, if so is there a limit on how many they were allowing each club wembley member to buy? in theory, could you still buy more tickets through your companies membership for other saints fans and you sell them on to them?
-
we have sold 40k, and i have been making the points above since the day they went on sale. it is a farce.

i've lent my season ticket to this bloke for the game http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard-sport/football/article-23760673-millwall-to-ban-fan-for-galatasaray-taunts.do on a serious note, Leeds fans are some of the nastiest c*nts i've come across, they all seem to share the same arrogant gobby persona, and it is hard to feel any sympathy for them as a club, that said, of course it was terrible what happened to those lads in Turkey, anyone who has followed football abroad to certain countries will know it can happen to anyone in the wrong place at the wrong time

Ha brilliant. the business probably got wound up after the skate owner got caught along the same lines as Gary Glitter up to no good with a kid / fish
-
i guess that statistic alone makes this a landmark "i was there" occassion.
-
isnt there a chair museum there?
-
like all those leeds fans who sing about munich?
-
who is going to volunteer to take a galatasaray flag in to get the atmosphere going?
-
nothing on the saints site about it being database only, seems to be open general sale. would let me buy as many as i want online. could be interesting, didn't Leeds have literally hundreds in the home end at Exeter?
-
still not entirely sure what the club are hoping to gain from doing this. Leeds have the best away support in this division by a mile, like when we went to Exeter all we will end up with is more of their fans in our end, so rather than the stewards having their work cut out in the away end they'll be busy all over the ground. any idea how many tickets are actually left for this game ?
-
can you upload a pic of them on here? at that price i will have 2
-
I do feel sorry for people in your position. It would be good if the club + fans groups publically campaigned for us to be given more tickets. why dont you wait until the tickets go on general sale, you never know you might get 2. if you don't just buy in the carlisle end. Once we have officially sold out i can see quite a few people doing this and you get to sit with your Dad. on the basis that 20k seats are going to be unsold at their end, yet we have people who can't get them how does that make sense? its like surplus food being destroyed in europe while people go starving in africa.
-
1) Northampton was in the league cup. 2) as sad as as it will be to miss out on a ticket, anyone who is desperate enough to be there can buy on general sale in the carlisle end. if enough saints do that it would make a point on the ridiculous ticket policy
-
I struggle to see why us selling 37k tickets has "astounded" anyone, even non-league stevenage have taken 30k to Wembley FFS. The whole town comes out for it, people make a special effort to take family, anyone who has ever been to saints will go. If we had been given an unlimited allocation on open general sale I think we could have sold 50k + will be an anti-climax for people getting excited, poor atmosphere on a sunday lunchtime with 1/3rd of the stadium empty.

check out the picture of the west stand on here http://www.footballgroundguide.com/brighton_and_hove_albion/ i am sure last time i went there we were in the East stand

Remember this will be the first game since our Wembley triumph so should be a good one. Easter weekend as well, so even though it is a thursday its not too bad
