Not at all convinced by Redmond. Yes, young with potential, but looking at a youtube clip yesterday and it did appear a compilation of 'best balloned or off target shots' for the season (with a couple of goals thrown in for good measure).

I'd agree that the Ramirez transfer was one that showed an ambition, especially after the previous four years, but I think most people considered the Osvaldo saga to be a farce.

But this is exactly what we do, chasing shadows rather than realistic targets. How much time was spent on Rojo ? Wonder if our Les's glorious Global Scouting Network had considered Dier at the same club, and eventually sold for a quarter of the price?
