  1. Agree with you in principle about Messi, and it was a bit like watching Saints at times tonight, but have edited your post for you.
  2. Torquay. Huddersfield deserve it and I hope its a truly crap weekrnd for the Ferguson family( although P/boro likely to be weaker opponents next season for us). Swansea - having lived in Reading for several years I can't believe that sh!tty tinpot club of Elm Pk could be above us in the league.
  3. No they are representing Manchester United. Shame they never really perform when they are representing England rather than just go through the motions. The 'patriotism card' does not come into it as far as I'm concerned with c^nts like Rooney or Ferdinand, let alone the South Koreans,Mexican etc.
  4. No. Absolutely not. Although I can respect Ferguson for his achievements I cannot stand Rooney or Ferdinand. The prospect of all the media adulation for those two in particular, and the fawning over ManU is too much to stomach. Xavi spoke in glowing terms of MLT and that is enough for me.

  7. Age 33. Isn't he a former skate ? A Stoke player that might be usefulif released is Tonge in MF.

Metro Radio in Newcastle also used this as their 'news' music in the 1980's.

  11. Does anyone make Wadworths 6X, Guinness, or Vagina flavour now ? If not, then Cheese & Onion.
  12. Yes, I'll go with most except Murphy as I think we can do better if bringing in a new GK. As for Pilkington I agreethat Saints aside he was probably the player with most potential in L1 but I doubt he we could sign him for some time owing to his injury as we would be unlikely to get insurance clearance on any player carrying his injury.
  13. That would do nicely, says he in Gloucestershire. Yeovil away, so be it. West Brom at home ? B0ll0cks. Is that meant to be remotely attractive ? Personally I do not regard any prem team as a remote attraction .
  14. I think the plan is that in two years we will be in the Prem so writing off a player,if necessary, at £2m cost to get there would be considered a reasonable investment.
  15. It does And I also agree how much better our set pieces have been this season, we are more dangerous from corners especially. Well done Adkins, Crosby and Wilkins.
