This is what I am fearing - are one of the ITK's able to reassure me that it will not resemble this ? It certainly seems that very lttle white will be visible from the stands next season. Still, red shirts, black shorts, perhaps the head of marketing sould issue a Mitchellesque statement saying if you don't like the new kit go and watch the cherries instead.
-
Except that it is, according to a number of posters above, the reverse of this ie red with white pinstripes.
-
Just to clarify, and for the record Dune, you are referring to Badgerx16 here, and certainly NOT me. I do not wish to be labelled a "marxist" let alone be mentioned in the same sentence as Tatchell.
-
From what is described on here the "white" in the homeshirt as pinstripes is not likely to be too prominent to cause a clash.
-
..or perhaps too late ?

Agree with you about the Saints strip, and I'd like to see it stay traditional rather than the 'red with minor white trims' that seem to be speculated on here. Sunderland by the way did move away from their traditional kit in the early 80's when they opted for white with red pinstripes ! Red shorts as well. A prety unpopular Le Coq creation and changed after two seasons.

or the Keegan era kit.

Think you might be confusing 'fact' with an episode of Till Death Do us Part where Alf sees a photo of West Ham in Buckingham Palace recounting how West Ham won the World Cup.
-
She certainly knows how to pick a cup final to attend.
-
So did he until he had a call up.

A few observations : Gabriel still taking penalties in December 1971, despite my earlier comment. Probably Tommy Jenkins best game for us ? Good to see Mick Channon and Terry Paine turning Bobby Moore inside out. That ginger haired no7 for West Ham always struck me as a complete and utter c^nt, wonder what became of him. Barry Davies then was far better than the dullards who commentate nowadays.

My son found this on youtube the other week. Saints at Derby 71/2. Some good footage showing Cloughie at his most arrogant, and a reminder as to why he was hated by many during this period. Also, I was amazed by our penalty taker in this, as I only recall Big Ron and Channon taking them from this era. [video=youtube;wkHQa-DjIDA]

Roy Keane...clearly a good judge of a player.

Definitely too L/pool, or Forest for my liking.

A few seasons ago Alan Nixon was labelled many things on the Saints board as someone with an "anti-Saints agenda"- possibly even worst of all a skate - as amongst other things he was forever pushing stories about Strachan definitely going to Leeds. After that his name was met with derision and widely regarded not to be trusted. So, what has changed to make him now a reliable source of info on anything connectedcwith Saints ?

Was Katalinic a full international (Yugoslavia) , even if he didn't play for them whilst with us ?
-
Could this possibly be a training top ? Hope so as it sounds awful.
-
Perhaps he was conceived in a phone box as well.

A membership scheme would certainly get my vote.

Agree. But, I wonder how many fans Rangers will bring ? Celtic had a large following (5,000?) for Claus' testimonial. I have a recollection of Rangers coming down for a testimonial in the 1970's and mayhem ensuing between fans. Was that just because it was the 1970's though ? If Rangers are likely to bring hoardes then I'm a bit surprised the Old Bill have agreed to this taking place on the day the torch is doing the rounds as well.

That is something I'm preparing myself for inview of both The9's and Katalinic's hints to date.
-
Where was he seen with whoever ?

I don't recall any of them being talked of in the same way as Butland to be honest. But as others have said, larger clubs than us will be in for him.
